Speaker 2No three in English, One in Swedish.
Speaker 1Okay, it's Jan, maja and Eva in Swedish.
Speaker 2Yeah.

Speaker 2It's your Birthday, yeah, yeah.
Speaker 1Birthday, birthday, yeah, okay, and the third one.
Speaker 2Weird Al Birthday. Happy birthday to you. It's a birthday song.
Speaker 1Oh, I'm not a fan, so I don't know.

Speaker 2I mean, you don't know the song oh.
Speaker 1I guess you haven't added it to the list, your playlist, mm-hmm, I'll have to do that. Yeah, and I also noticed the lacking of You're Pitiful.
Speaker 2Mm-hmm.
Speaker 1Because that's also one that was playing a lot when I grew up.
Speaker 2Okay, I don't know, we'll see. You have to add them.

Speaker 1At least 40 minutes.
Speaker 2At least that's a minimum. Yeah 45 minutes to one and a half hours, yeah, or three, I don't know.

Speaker 269 is so long. Yeah, okay, okay, I'm your best friend, lauren.
Speaker 1Yes, you are. Why do you always do this yeah?
Speaker 2Why Is it really that difficult?
Speaker 1And you know what? Why I am your other best friend, Matias.
Speaker 2Welcome, Matias.
Speaker 1Matias. Matias, I don't know your name, difficult name. I need to change it. No, matthew, matthew.
Speaker 2Matt is Matthew, matthew Matt is enough, yeah, just. Matt Matty. Yeah, yeah, I've been considering changing my name because we reside in the wonderful land of Sweden and Lauren is not a common name here, and so when people ask me what my name is, I, I, just I don't know.
Speaker 1Wow, you use some fancy words there, reside and refer that's a fancy word, big words yeah, yeah, being pulled out right now. Yeah.
Speaker 2So people find my name kind of complicated and I've been considering changing my name. Yeah, let's do a mini segment.
Speaker 1Okay, swedish name that starts with L.
Speaker 2I'm going to ask open eyes.
Speaker 1Okay, all right About Swedish names.
Speaker 2I'm going to give like a top 10 most popular Swedish names that start with L. I'm going to ask open eyes. Okay, all right, about Swedish names. I'm going to give like a top 10 most popular Swedish names that start with L yeah Top Yup. I wrote top. It said yup Yup. Top 10 most names.
Speaker 1Most names.
Speaker 2Top 10 most popular names. Okay, uh, in sweden that start with l maybe female most popular female. That was smart female.
Speaker 1Names in sweden that start with l that doesn't start with l, but it's a popular name.
Speaker 2Yes, okay, number one is Lily.
Speaker 1In Sweden. That's what it says. Okay, yeah.
Speaker 2I'm just reading what Open Eyes came up with.
Speaker 1Okay.
Speaker 2Whether it's accurate or not, that's not important, it's a name.
Speaker 1I mean Lily, that's easier E -T. No, it's easier for Swedes, I guess.
Speaker 2Yeah, linnea.
Speaker 1Do you really want that name?
Speaker 2I don't want that name no Leia.
Speaker 1That's a good name. It makes me think of a movie franchise. Can't remember the name, but it has, yeah, something with space, I think.
Speaker 2I can't help you there.
Speaker 1Space above and beyond, or something.
Speaker 2I don't think that's it. Okay, we'll think about it. Okay yeah, leah. Oh, here's a fun one, lovisa.
Speaker 1Yeah, how do you?
Speaker 2say that in English though Lovisa, lovisa, lovisa, lovisa, lovisa, lovisa, lovisa.
Speaker 1Lovisa.
Speaker 2That's a fun name.
Speaker 1I thought about that one, but I thought Louise was better.
Speaker 2Livia.
Speaker 1Okay.
Speaker 2It's like Olivia, but without the O O, it's just.
Speaker 1Livia, take away the.
Speaker 2O yeah, then you got Livia.
Speaker 1I'm Olivia without the O.
Speaker 2Right, then you got Livia. I'm Olivia without the O, right, that's a less startling Olivia.
Speaker 1Yeah, and also you have leave, which means life.
Speaker 2All right, Well, go ahead and take over the list if you want, because that was next Leave. In English you would say live.
Speaker 1Yeah, or life, or life.
Speaker 2Hello, my or life or life. Hello, my name is life, Number eight also Lily. What Open Eyes was not very creative here.
Speaker 1No.
Speaker 2We used Lily with two Ls in the middle and then Lily with one L in the middle.
Speaker 1Okay, so it is confusing.
Speaker 2It is very confusing. Open Eyes did not try very hard. No, number nine is Laura.
Speaker 1It is very confusing.
Speaker 2Open Eyes, did not try very hard. No.
Speaker 1Number nine is Laura which is Very similar to your.
Speaker 2To mine and I also. One of my really good friends is named Laura, so I don't think I'm going to take her name, because that would be kind of weird.
Speaker 1Yeah, she would hate you.
Speaker 2I think so.
Speaker 1That would be the end of it, yeah. Like our names weren't close enough, you have to just take mine. Take her last name too.
Speaker 2Yeah, take your last name too. Number 10 is also Leah, because Open Eyes was really, really, really not creative, Did not deep dive these names. These names reflect current trends and popularity based on official Swedish name statistics.
Speaker 1Okay.
Speaker 2How about five more different ones? Okay, likke.
Speaker 1Oh, okay.
Speaker 2So like.
Speaker 1Yeah, I don't know, it's like happiness almost.
Speaker 2Yeah, nova.
Speaker 1Lava, promise, lava Lava.
Speaker 2Hello, my name is Lava.
Speaker 1Lucky Lava.
Speaker 2Lina.
Speaker 1Yeah.
Speaker 2Which is kind of fun, I like that name With an I With an E E. Okay, liana, liana, I like that name With the I With an E E okay, liana, liana. I pronounced it like it was English.
Speaker 1Lina, yeah, because that's if we spell it with an I, that's.
Speaker 2Lina, yes, listen, okay, listen.
Speaker 1Listen, listen. Yeah, that should be your name. No, it's not.
Speaker 2No, and once again, open eyes, being very creative.
Speaker 1lillian okay, maybe I should just change my name to lily yeah, I mean, why not use, like some of the more common name, like linda?
Speaker 2yeah uh or lynn yeah, no, or yeah, I mean open eyes, didn't try.
Speaker 1No.
Speaker 2I mean, they're pretty tired.
Speaker 1Yeah, he, he or she Open eyes Should we sexualize open eyes.
Speaker 2Can you not, god Ugh Oops?
Speaker 1Hey, I thought you meant sexualize in another way. I'm sorry, no.
Speaker 2What are you doing? You're awful. Why? All right, but I'm not doing. You're awful.
Speaker 1Why? Alright, but I'm not gonna. You won't, let me keep that.
Speaker 2No, do what you want, alright. Okay, matias, how are you? I'm good.
Speaker 1Well, yeah, I'm a little bit snotty, but other than that I'm good. I think it's some kind of allergies or something. I already said that, but now I said in the actual episode. Yeah, and how are you? I am good, I'm good okay, good, yeah, yeah, you have to think about it.
Speaker 2I was going to burp.
Speaker 1I saw that. But yeah, I'm good I thought you were going to say baguette.
Speaker 2Baguette, I am good, I am a good baguette. Yeah, what have we been up to this week?
Speaker 1Oh gosh.
Speaker 2You know what? Shut up. I've been so jet lagged this week I can't even. I just yeah, you sit back and relax and listen to it.
Speaker 1You talked about it.
Speaker 2Take a nap. Yes, I've been so jet lagged. It's taken so many days for me to feel like I'm actually back. Are you just going to take off your headphones? No, I'm just going to take these off. I've been so tired.
Speaker 1Okay.
Speaker 2And what else did I want to say? I woke up late this morning and I didn't like it.
Speaker 1No, no, no, that's not good.
Speaker 2No, so that's what I've been doing this week. We did go to the gym on Wednesday. We did, which was good. Yes, for like 15 minutes. We were biking, we biked for a bit, yeah, but I was tired and we were biking, we biked for a bit yeah. But I was tired and you were also tired, I guess.
Speaker 1Yeah.
Speaker 2It's just ugh. It's getting really warm. It's so warm in here.
Speaker 1Yeah.
Speaker 2Oh, what about you? What about you? I'm like talking down here, I'm going to bring my voice up, okay.
Speaker 1Okay, am I also doing that.
Speaker 2Yeah, yay, yay.
Speaker 1Okay, wake up, let's talk up here. Talk up here, shut up Shut up. My week has been very. I've been so tired and warm and I don't really like it that much no, so I'd rather not talk too much about my week.
Speaker 2Does it upset you?
Speaker 1It's so boring.
Speaker 2Okay.
Speaker 1Yeah, I don't have much going on.
Speaker 2So should we? Yeah, oh yeah, should we.
Speaker 1By the way.
Speaker 2Why.
Speaker 1Yesterday was the national day, yeah, in Sweden.
Speaker 2Sweden day. Oh yeah, it was my first ever national Sweden day as a citizen.
Speaker 1Oh, yeah, yeah.
Speaker 2It was a big deal.
Speaker 1So you were really celebrating it.
Speaker 2I really celebrated by going to the dollar store twice.
Speaker 1Oh yeah To the American.
Speaker 2It's not the most.
Speaker 1American place in Sweden.
Speaker 2Yeah, except nothing is actually a dollar.
Speaker 1No, I know.
Speaker 2And I saw you there.
Speaker 1Yeah, you did it was kind of awkward you saw my.
Speaker 2You would think that. I would be a lot more comfortable running into you in the store, but I never do that, so I was like I don't know what to do.
Speaker 1No, you saw my sister and my mom first.
Speaker 2Yeah.
Speaker 1I guess, or my sister.
Speaker 2I saw you first as I was walking in. Yeah, I didn't, because you're really tall, you. I saw you first as I was walking in. Yeah, I didn't.
Speaker 1Because you're really tall, you know you stick out. Okay, I didn't see you. No, because you're very short. Your back was turned and you stick down.
Speaker 2I stick down, stick in. No, no, I don't.
Speaker 1I don't stick in. You said I stick out.
Speaker 2What's the opposite of that? Um uh, camouflage okay I don't know, I okay. Well, your back was turned yeah and I was where you were standing exactly in the same spot when I walked in and when I was coming out. You didn't go far okay so I was. You're standing in line to check out, so if you know I go in and do my thing and come back. You'll be gone.
Speaker 1You weren't gone, so you were in very quickly.
Speaker 2I was. I didn't have a ton of time to mess around, oh okay. So I waved at your sister. She told me yeah, and then I waved at you, and then I waved at your mom and I was just trying to run away.
Speaker 1Yeah, and then you waved at me when you were in the car.
Speaker 2Yeah, I was driving away and I waved at you?
Speaker 1Yes, so that's it. Yeah, that's what happened yesterday. That's how you celebrated the Sweden Day. Yes, so that's it. Yeah, that's what happened yesterday. That's how you celebrated the Sweden Day.
Speaker 2Yes, that's what I did. Yes, and today is Friday. It is June 7th.
Speaker 1Yeah.
Speaker 2And Matthias.
Speaker 1We watched movies. That's right. Should we talk about them? Would you like to move on? Let's move on.
Speaker 2Okay, Today we watched Top Gun, Top Hat and Disaster Situation. Am I close?
Speaker 1Striking Distance.
Speaker 2Oh yeah, I had the beginning of the words kind of generally and they just got a little mixed up. Disaster situation, striking disasters, what Directions, distance Distance. Striking distance.
Speaker 1Yes.
Speaker 2Okay, I was very close.
Speaker 1You were very close.
Speaker 2Do I get points for that?
Speaker 1Sure.
Speaker 2All right, Top, no Striking Distance.
Speaker 1Yeah.
Speaker 2That's the movie that we watched, and it had Bruce Willis.
Speaker 1Yes.
Speaker 2And it also had another girl, and in this movie Bruce Willis is a cop.
Speaker 1Mm-hmm.
Speaker 2Yeah, it's like police story oh almost not really. The only thing is that he's a cop, yeah and uh. I guess it depends on which police story it's like four, four no which one are you thinking about?
Speaker 2I don't know anyway. Um, in this one, bruce willis is trying to solve a murder and he's trying to catch the bad guys, but they got away and someone kills his dad and one of his friends jumps off a bridge yeah and uh, bruce willis gets in trouble because of something, so he gets I don't know demoted or something to the boat guy.
Speaker 1Yeah, the boat police yes.
Speaker 2And he has a new partner who is a female. And you know what he does with her, what any other guy would do with a female partner. And he works with her, he works on her and with her and with her he works on her, and with her, and with her, and then he's an alcoholic and he's still trying to solve the murders.
Speaker 1Like two years later. Two years later.
Speaker 2Yeah, and this, except there's another murderer or not really another one, but there's another case, homicide case where the murderer will kidnap a woman and kill her and throw her into some water.
Speaker 1Yeah, so he can find them.
Speaker 2Yeah, so Bruce Willis can find them.
Speaker 1Yeah.
Speaker 2So he can find them, yeah, so Bruce Willis can find them, yeah, and he beats up some bad guys and there's some twists.
Speaker 1Twists.
Speaker 2Twisties, twisters.
Speaker 1Twistas, twistas. Yeah, it's a Twista movie.
Speaker 2It was very exciting and it's very exciting and I was into it and I enjoyed the movie.
Speaker 1Good, that's good to hear because this is one of my favorite movies with him and, yeah, it's exciting, as you said, and it has twists, and I like the action scenes, especially the one on the big boat, the one with the Sorry, oh, the boring one.
Speaker 2No, I just happened to yawn really loudly. I didn't mean to.
Speaker 1No, you know which one I'm talking about. I don't even know what it's called the big boats.
Speaker 2Yeah.
Speaker 1There are some terrorists on the big boat and he's taking them out and it was a cool scene.
Speaker 2To dinner.
Speaker 1No, he's killing them, oh, or beating them up. He kills at least one of them. He shoots one in the hand also because he's holding a gun. Yep, that scene I liked, and I liked the twists. I have seen this movie before, so I knew what was gonna happen. And yeah, I knew what was gonna happen. I said that, but the S wasn't meant to be there.
Speaker 2Okay, yeah, it was a fun time anyway.
Speaker 1Okay, yeah, yeah, I do enjoy this. It's directed by Rowdy Harrington Rowdy Rowdy Harrington, I think his name is Okay, and he has directed some good movies in the past and after this movie as well Roadhouse, that's a good one.
Speaker 2Okay.
Speaker 1It's probably on the list. I hope so. If it's not, I'm gonna fix that. Okay, yeah, okay, so it's a good one. I recommend it. Ooh, ooh, ooh, ooh, ooh, ooh.
Speaker 2Matias, please tell me about Top Hat.
Speaker 1Yeah, let's move beyond to Top Hat. Um, okay, so this movie is about Fred Astaire and what's her name? Ginger Bread House, uh, ginger something, no, okay. So, um, this movie is about when, uh, fred astaire is tap dancing and disturbs her ginger uh. And uh, yeah, mean, she gets annoyed because she's trying to sleep, and then, when she comes to confront him, he falls in love with her and then she thinks he's married. He's not really, though, right, because she thinks he is the other guy who is actually married, right?
Speaker 2Oh God, it was so confusing.
Speaker 1I think so I wasn't catching on the entire time because.
Speaker 2I probably thought that the two guys were the same guy too.
Speaker 1Yeah, because I was like wait a minute, that doesn't make sense, and I don't think he was actually married. It was the other guy, the producer guy or whatever.
Speaker 2Mm-hmm.
Speaker 1And so yeah it. It clashes, kind of yeah it's like a Not mistaken identity, but almost, but not really Mm-hmm, because she thinks he is something that he's not. But and okay, yeah, and they kind of fall in love and all that and they are dancing together and singing and yeah, I mean I didn't hate the movie, I didn't really, I wish I had paid more attention to the movie, but it's also difficult sometimes.
Speaker 1So, yeah, this may have to be a future rewatch I think so, actually, because I I really did not, did not hate the movie, but I think I need to pay more attention to the movie it was probably a good movie yeah, if more attention would be paid. Yeah.
Speaker 2I guess you could say that yeah, so yeah, future rewatch.
Speaker 1That sounds like a good idea.
Speaker 2All right.
Speaker 1Maybe for both of us.
Speaker 2Yeah.
Speaker 1Yeah, okay.
Speaker 2I think I probably like the movie.
Speaker 1Yeah, I did so too. Okay, because it has some funny moments. I recognize that. So that's good, and the dancing was perfect. The singing did you have a favorite song?
Speaker 2There was one that I slightly recognized, yeah.
Speaker 1I think it's the same way and that was.
Speaker 2That one Should I.
Speaker 1Cheek to Cheek.
Speaker 2Oh, that one too. That was my favorite, but the one in the gazebo oh okay. I like slightly recognized it.
Speaker 1Yeah.
Speaker 2I can't tell you.
Speaker 1Yeah, I know, I heard Cheek to Cheek somewhere.
Speaker 2I'm pretty sure I've heard that one.
Speaker 1And that's my favorite. I didn't know it was from this movie and I'm very glad to hear the origin to songs like that. Yeah, it's really exciting to get the origin.
Speaker 2It really is.
Speaker 1Yeah, that's why it's fun to watch these older, because this movie is from 1935. Mm really is. Yeah, that's why it's fun to watch these older, because this movie is from 1935. Yeah, it's nice to watch these older movies too, but we can't watch all the older musical movies because we're never gonna finish the musicals.
Speaker 2No, we're not, we're never gonna finish the musicals. No, we're not, we're never going to finish the musicals no. We're going to be watching musicals for the next 10 years.
Personal Reflections and Birthday Surprises
Speaker 1Yeah, I think so. Mm-hmm, I kind of want to get to the Swedish movies.
Speaker 2Yeah, we will. We will At some point, at some point.
Speaker 1Yeah, it feels like we're getting closer, but then it just moves further down the list.
Speaker 2I keep adding more, yeah.
Speaker 1And I am too.
Speaker 2so it's not just you, I have a whole list on this side that needs to be pushed over, yeah. Matthias.
Speaker 1Yeah.
Speaker 2I finished up my sips.
Speaker 1Okay.
Speaker 2Are you ready for a break?
Speaker 1I think so.
Speaker 2All right, let's do that then. Yeah, we will be. Right back In 10 seconds.
Speaker 1Yes, yes.
Speaker 2Okay, bye.
Speaker 1Bye-bye.
Speaker 2Hello and welcome to Roasty Toasty. Ghosty name is lauren and we're doing this over again.
Speaker 1Take two yeah, okay, welcome back welcome back.
Speaker 2Thank you, you're welcome. Yes, welcome to part two, and this is the good part, okay yes, yes, especially for you always for me. I always get the good parts yeah matias, please tell me what's going on.
Speaker 1Okay, what is going on next week right now, from now okay in two days from when this is published or dropped forget about this one. Yeah, at the point when this episode is forgotten by us when we put it in the trash can.
Speaker 2Next.
Speaker 1Let's say it's Tuesday and in two days it's your birthday.
Speaker 2My birthday is on June 13th and it lands on a Thursday this year.
Speaker 1Yeah.
Speaker 2Very exciting.
Speaker 1That's what I meant. In two days. Yeah, okay, my evil laugh. Yes, so to celebrate your birthday, I have made a list. Don't have too high hopes for this list, because I what?
Speaker 2Are we doing the list and then the present Is the present last I was thinking first the list, then me singing, and then the present.
Speaker 1Is the present last.
Speaker 2I was thinking first the list, then me singing, and then the presents okay, that's a weird order, but okay why, I don't, I just I don't know save the best for last yes, yes, and I don't like it, but we're gonna do it because that's what you decided it's the perfect order it is yeah okay, so I start with the list, because that's the worst thing yes, please. This is the worst part of the best part of the part.
Speaker 1Part cashed yeah, part cashed part cashed okay, number one, remember, remember, keep it low.
Speaker 2Are you going to lie to?
Speaker 1me this time again.
Speaker 2No, I'm not going to lie.
Speaker 1Okay, number one. What?
Speaker 2Did you say what the list was?
Speaker 1It's a list with facts about you.
Speaker 2About Lauren.
Speaker 1Yeah, about you. Who is Lauren or Lisa or? Whatever my name is going to be Louise so, yeah, I don't really know anymore who you are.
Speaker 2Who am I?
Speaker 1Okay, you're that now. Okay, who am I? My?
Speaker 2name is who Am I? You know what? That's what I'm going to change it to who am I?
Speaker 1Yeah, you like that movie.
Speaker 2I do.
Speaker 1You like that movie so much.
Speaker 2It's funny because when we actually recorded that episode when we were going over who Am I, I was like you know what. I don't think it's really a favorite, but it was really good. But I've watched it like three times now.
Speaker 1Yeah.
Speaker 2So I do like it a lot. I'm going to take back everything that I said during that.
Speaker 1Yeah.
Speaker 2And I'm going to say that it's definitely a favorite.
Speaker 1Yeah, it's like um one of my absolute favorites.
Speaker 2Yeah, I can see why.
Speaker 1I can't really. Uh, you know it's between who Am I and Shanghai? Noon for me, because those are my top two, I think.
Speaker 2Both very good yeah, anyway.
Speaker 1Okay, your list. List about Lauren. Yeah, don't talk about Jackie Chan movies.
Speaker 2Oh my god, I'm sorry, I can't help it.
Speaker 1Yeah, I can't help to wander off.
Speaker 2Okay, number one Facts about you. No, jackie chan there, I don't know. Are you sure?
Speaker 1okay, number one, you're helping me with english yay you do that and uh at, in the moment I may not be as thankful as I should be, grateful as I should be.
Speaker 2You should be more grateful. Yeah, I don't know what you said the first time, but I heard grateful, thankful.
Speaker 1That's like the same thing, yeah.
Speaker 2Grateful sounds Better.
Speaker 1Yeah, fancier, yeah, more sincere yeah. Yeah, you should be more grateful, yeah, for everything I do when you are correcting me.
Speaker 2No, you're, you're helping me to get better at english I'd like it if we could put it in that point of view. Instead of I'm correcting you because I think I'm better than you, I'm trying to help you, yeah, yeah, that's what I wrote here.
Speaker 1You're helping me with English. I'm pointing at it right now.
Speaker 2Okay, I can't see it.
Speaker 1No, because then you're going to read all the other ones and. I want to tell you I'm not allowed to know. No, not yet. In like 20 minutes, you will know all of them.
Speaker 2We'll see how distracted we get here. Yeah, very funny, that means poop oh my god, matias, is that what you wrote?
Speaker 1yeah, dumb uh, that's why I thought it was funny okay. Okay, you love musicals, I do, you do, and that's a good thing. You know why? Why? Because then I, uh, I me, because this is about you suddenly, yeah, I, it's all in my perspective, perspective no, you were right the first time yeah, so the other ones were also a fun, fun time perspective perspectives before perspectives.
Speaker 1uh, that um expand my movie knowledge and view on movies and music, and it's a good thing. I did not know I enjoyed musicals as much as I do, because in my family we never really watched musicals.
Speaker 2No.
Speaker 1But now I have and this is about you, and you do love musicals and that, and you're helping me with getting to love musicals as well.
Speaker 2Yeah, I do love musicals, and the thing I love most about the movie list is that we're watching even more musicals than I've ever seen. We've been watching a lot that I have never seen, and it's been good times, good and bad yeah. Yeah, it's been an experience at least. Yes, if nothing else.
Speaker 1Exactly. Is that all?
Speaker 2Yeah, yeah, I'm waiting.
Speaker 1Very cool. Number three you are Whoa.
Speaker 2Whoa, matias, where are you going with that F word? Which direction are we headed?
Speaker 1You are flexible.
Speaker 2Oh, I am, yeah, yeah, I am.
Speaker 1What word do you think?
Speaker 2No, no, I was off the side. Here I was, as you were talking about something completely different. I was going through in my head what I'm going to have for your list.
Speaker 1Okay.
Speaker 2And flexible was what I was thinking. For me, yeah, I'm not flexible, not physically, no, but like I was thinking more me.
Speaker 1Yeah, I'm not physically. No.
Speaker 2But like I was thinking more, like with the movie list, Okay, oh yeah, maybe I have a flexible mind. Yeah, you, I don't know. I'm gonna do your list now in advance.
Speaker 1No, no, I'm gonna cut that.
Speaker 2I'm saving that for later.
Speaker 1Yes, I will expand, but you are flexible with your body. I am. As well as with your mind. Oh, a bit Okay, I think.
Speaker 2Care to explain about my mind?
Speaker 1You watched all the Jackie Chan movies with me, that's true. So that's very flexible and he is also very flexible.
Speaker 2I opened up to your world.
Speaker 1Yeah, and that's flexible, if anything. Okay and yeah, I wish I was as flexible as you Physically.
Speaker 2Yeah, physically, we do need to get back to stretching.
Speaker 1Yeah, I.
Speaker 2That's a workout for you, though.
Speaker 1Yeah, it's difficult for me.
Speaker 2Well practice, it gets easier.
Speaker 1Okay, yeah, maybe I should, but that's an everyday thing.
Speaker 2It doesn't have to be Not every day, but a few times a week, at least three times, not once a week. No, maybe three.
Speaker 1Yeah, that's not going to happen, I think.
Speaker 2It doesn't have to.
Speaker 1Okay.
Speaker 2I'm just saying Practice.
Speaker 1But you know what you are. What Number four? You are a good motivator.
Speaker 2Yes, I am.
Speaker 1Yes, you are. That is true, because you are getting us to the gym Trying. Yeah, if it hadn't been for you, we wouldn't have gone to the gym at all this week.
Speaker 2Or at all ever, Ever yeah.
Speaker 1And we wouldn't have climbed the mountain. That's true. And there are all these adventures and fun things that we would. I would never go to the States, which we are planning to do, if it wasn't for you.
Speaker 2No.
Speaker 1Yeah, that's it. So you are a good motivator. I don't know, maybe that's the wrong word. I like the word. Do you have another word that you would have used? No, because I like the word Good, thank you.
Speaker 2Okay, I mean asking if you wanted to go to the gym with me. Like in the very beginning felt like going out on a limb, yeah. Because I was pretty sure that, well, I thought it was going to be really weird and awkward. And it kind of was weird and awkward like the first few times, because I get that way in the gym. I don't like to work out in front of people.
Speaker 1No. So and I was pretty sure you were going to say no, but you didn't. No, we're going to the gym sometimes.
Speaker 2We do that. Sometimes it happens yeah.
Speaker 1Okay, Number five. You're very easy to get a hold of or to reach.
Speaker 2I'm very close.
Speaker 1Yeah, you are.
Speaker 2Can you reach me now?
Speaker 1I think so. Oh, yep, yeah, touch your head.
Speaker 2You did touch my head.
Speaker 1Yeah, and that's a good thing.
Speaker 2Yeah, maybe not always, but often.
Speaker 1Often yeah when you're not, I usually know why.
Speaker 2Yeah.
Speaker 1If you're in a class or something Busy working. Yeah, if you're in a class or something, or busy working yeah. I know why I just forget yeah At the moment. But otherwise you're very easy to reach. But I don't know if it's just for me or if it's like that for all people.
Speaker 2I think I generally answer people fairly quickly, as quick as I can, at least I like the one time you were talking about that guy who said you had a good response time. Oh my gosh. Yeah, because he had asked me a question and I guess I read it, but I didn't answer him until four years later and he said you have an amazing response time. You should work at a hospital or like an ambulance or something. Yeah, I didn't even realize. It took me four years to answer.
Speaker 1So maybe not for everyone, but for me you're easy to get a hold of.
Speaker 2Yes.
Speaker 1Okay, have you noticed that all of these have included me in some ways?
Speaker 2I wouldn't expect anything else?
Speaker 1Okay, good, and last year, do you remember me talking about? You have a great family and your kids and your life partner and all that.
Speaker 2Yes.
Speaker 1This year I'm going to expand that and say you have a fantastic and funny bunny. Oh, Munchy, he is funny, he is funny and he is so energetic.
Speaker 2He gets very excited, yeah, and he likes company. Yeah, he has a toy to play with now for when he gets excited.
Speaker 1Yeah, and I like that whenever you step into his pen, his uh home, he runs around your feet yeah yeah, the person's feet yeah like, uh, like you're a christmas tree or something, yeah, yeah. So he he's funny and that's maybe more about him, but still, he, he is your pet he, he loves me most and you feed him and you take care of him.
Speaker 2Yeah.
Speaker 1And he is yours, and he's an extension of you.
Speaker 2The other night I was laying on the couch watching Parks and Rec because it's on HBO and I, you know, everyone went or not everyone. The kids went to bed and um, so I just let him out and he was, you know, running around like he does.
Speaker 1Yeah.
Speaker 2And he came up to me and I, like you know, I gave him a hug and he, like you know, I'm laying on the couch and the back of the couch is here and he like lays down here on me and he just like flops over.
Speaker 1Yeah, oh, it was so cute. Lays down here on me and he just like flops over.
Speaker 2Yeah, he's, yeah, oh, it was so cute.
Speaker 1He just like flopped.
Speaker 2His like head was like looking up and like poking, are you okay?
Speaker 1Yeah, yeah, so he and he's funny.
Speaker 2Yeah. He's cute and funny and I think that's the first time he's ever actually cuddled me. Yeah, Like cuddle, cuddle yeah.
Speaker 1And also he is like you, because whenever you meet me, you also run around me like in circles, Like I'm a Christmas tree.
Speaker 2I do. Yeah, that is true. I get very excited when I see you. Yeah, okay, okay, where are we?
Speaker 1That was number six.
Speaker 2Okay.
Speaker 1And over to number seven, I. This is kind of funny because I wrote this this morning.
Speaker 2Okay.
Early Productivity, Wrapping Presents, and Friendship
Speaker 1Okay, number seven. You wake up early and are productive, productive.
Speaker 2Productive. Wow, Very funny Funny joke.
Speaker 1Matias I Productive.
Speaker 2Wow, very funny Funny joke, matthias. I enjoyed it. I laughed a lot.
Speaker 1On the inside.
Speaker 2Externally. You just didn't hear it.
Speaker 1No, it was that quick. It was a quick laugh, it was a quick laugh. Oh, yeah, and you whisper. I whisper when I laugh Quick whisper laugh.
Speaker 2We already did this. It's not funny anymore. Okay, don't do it ever again.
Speaker 1Okay, okay, okay, you made me cough, oh no.
Speaker 2I wake up early and I am productive and I hate every second of it. But I can't stop, except for when I don't turn on my alarm. And then I stop suddenly, not on purpose.
Speaker 1No but.
Speaker 2I I was so ready to be up on time this morning and I set everything except for my alarm.
Speaker 1Yeah.
Speaker 2So it didn't go well.
Speaker 1No, but usually you are up early and like when you're editing and all that yeah even on the weekends, I wake up early. Yeah.
Speaker 2I hate it. I don't live the life I want to live. No, well, yeah, no. The thing is that if I don't wake up by a certain time, I feel like garbage for the rest of the day and I'm grumpy and I just I'm so. So I feel so tired, even though I slept a lot. So I have to wake up early or else I'm not going to be fun.
Speaker 1Did you wake up early yesterday?
Speaker 2No, but I was also jet lagged for the majority of the week and I was like I am going to let myself sleep.
Speaker 1Yeah.
Speaker 2So and I did feel kind of grumpy for the day but and I got an extra hour this morning, so I think I needed that hour too.
Speaker 1Okay, number eight. You are master of wrapping gifts, but you never show it.
Speaker 2No, I don't. That's true. I'm really good at wrapping presents, but when I have the opportunity to wrap presents, I just I don't. I don't wrap the present, I throw it under a blankie and say here you go.
Speaker 1Yeah, because you can't criticize my way of wrapping a gift.
Speaker 2I am really good at wrapping presents, though. You just have to trust me.
Speaker 1Okay, yeah.
Speaker 2Did you come up with number nine yet?
Speaker 1Oh yeah, yes, I don't know if you remember last year's list. You did.
Speaker 2I generally remember.
Speaker 1Okay, so number nine last year was that you are an American.
Speaker 2That is a fact. Yeah, and it's not the same this year was that you are an American.
Speaker 1That is a fact, yeah, and it's not the same this year, but it has something to do with that, and this is you left the United States for Sweden.
Speaker 2That is a fact.
Speaker 1That is a fact and I am glad you did, because otherwise we wouldn't have met. That's true. I'm really glad that we met, yeah or otherwise we wouldn't have met.
Speaker 2That's true. I'm really glad that we met.
Speaker 1Yeah.
Speaker 2Or else we wouldn't have this Exactly, and then the people would be miserable.
Speaker 1Oh yeah.
Speaker 2What would they do with their sad lives?
Speaker 1Yeah, all the people we make so happy.
Speaker 2Yeah, all of these people, yeah, who are listening right now.
Speaker 1Yeah.
Speaker 2Their lives are just a little bit better listening to this.
Speaker 1Of course. And now number 10.
Speaker 2Okay, I don't know what this one is.
Speaker 1Okay, you are my bestie, yay, and you are my morning tea buddy.
Speaker 2Yes, we drink tea.
Speaker 1We do.
Speaker 2Yeah.
Speaker 1And it has been lonely when you were gone, when you were back in the States, so I had to drink tea for both you and me.
Speaker 2Yeah, that was sweet yeah.
Speaker 1It was good.
Speaker 2Yeah.
Speaker 1I enjoyed it, but it was not fun.
Speaker 2No.
Speaker 1Because I was lonely in the mornings.
Speaker 2Aw, I'm sorry.
Speaker 1No, it's okay. I could sometimes text you and you were saying I'm going to sleep now. Can I please sleep now?
Speaker 2Please let me sleep. It's almost one in the morning.
Speaker 1And I'm like, I'm so lonely. Aw yeah, but I need to sleep, Okay lonely, yeah, but I need to sleep. Okay, I mean, there were some days when I tried to stay up with you until it was time to work. Yeah, appreciated. So that was my 10 facts.
Speaker 2Very appreciated, thank you.
Speaker 1Was it okay.
Speaker 2I.
Speaker 1Although it was a lot about me too.
Speaker 2I strongly enjoyed your list.
Speaker 1Good.
Speaker 2I am very satisfied.
Speaker 1Yeah, and you got to hear some of my perspectives too.
Speaker 2That's right. I'm glad that I get to be your bestie.
Speaker 1Yeah, that's good Insane.
Speaker 2Yes, next.
Speaker 1Next singing.
Speaker 2Alright.
Speaker 1Okay, so I'm gonna sing in Swedish.
Speaker 2Okay, did you? Are you gonna sing all the songs or just the one song? I have two songs.
Speaker 1Okay, did you. Are you going to sing all the songs or just the one song?
Speaker 2I have two songs, okay, ja må hon leva.
Speaker 1Ja, må hon leva. Ja, må hon leva ute hundrade år. Ja, vi ska hon leva. Ja, vi ska hon leva. Ja, vi ska hon leva ute hundrade år. Ja, yeah, that's it. Hurra, hurra, hurra, hurra, hurra. Okay Med en enkel tulipan, with a simple tulip. Okay, med en enkel tulipan På bemärkelse dagen. Jag har det nära, jag har det nära, jag kan gratulera. Det har blivit populärt Och är så välmänt och kärt, så jag är säker att innan k, that's another one.
Speaker 2I've never heard that one oh okay. Very exciting yeah.
Speaker 1It's about delivering a tulip for birthday.
Speaker 2Oh, did I get a tulip.
Speaker 1No oh all right. But it's some flowers.
Speaker 2There are flowers on your wrapping paper.
Speaker 1Maybe a tulip? No, no tulips.
Speaker 2No, there's no tulips here, there's butterflies, though.
Speaker 1Yeah, I wrapped that this morning. Aw, I was like, oh no, I need to wrap the presents, all right, what were you doing?
Speaker 2I'm feeling the box. I'm going to open my present from Matias now. Okay, I got a box, I got a box, I got a box Box. Oh, I want to mention also, you know, my life partner, who is an absolutely amazing person. He got me a birthday present as well that I have already opened. He got me a bathtub.
Speaker 1Yeah.
Speaker 2It was so funny.
Speaker 1And it fit.
Speaker 2It, fit in in the bathroom and I fit in it and uh everything fits everything fits and it was very nice. So thank you, life partner, and now I'm gonna open your present yes and I got a newspaper of course it's all newspapers it's only newspapers. I'm gonna start with this. Yeah, I don't know what this is. Was that the box? Maybe Did you hear a pling.
Speaker 1Yeah.
Speaker 2Oh my gosh. Yay, it's a pling plong. We need a background story.
Speaker 1Yeah, on episode one.
Speaker 2We got a little off topic often yes. And we were saying that we need a bell for when we catch ourselves getting off topic yeah this is so funny and you finally got the bell. Yeah, it's only 80 80 episodes later 80 episodes later. Get back on topic patias. That's fun, thank you.
Speaker 1Were you surprised that I remembered yeah.
Speaker 2I'm going to take this one.
Speaker 1Okay.
Speaker 2I have a few movies here, yeah, okay, this is Jackie Chan First Strike.
Speaker 1Yeah, that's Police Story 4.
Speaker 2Is that a good one?
Speaker 1That's a good one, you said.
Speaker 2It's German.
Speaker 1It is, but it has English language and subtitles.
Speaker 2It's all in German. Oh, it's the one with the sharks. Yeah, but the sharks don't do anything right.
Speaker 1Yes.
Speaker 2Yeah, which one was it that they just kind of like swam around?
Speaker 1and were like whatever that was Vanguard Okay.
Speaker 2Next I have Crime Story. Yay, I love this movie, yeah.
Speaker 1Just so you know.
Speaker 2You think that I don't?
Speaker 1Yeah.
Speaker 2But now I do. I forced you to I wasn't sure at first, and now I like it.

Speaker 2They're always very exciting. Okay, okay, next, next, I got the tuxedo.
Speaker 1It's a good movie that's a good one it's really good that I didn't plan on buying that one, but it just just kind of happened yeah all right, I was buying other movies and I'm like, ah, I might as well just throw it in there, okay.
Speaker 2next heart, next Heart of Dragon. I love this movie.
Speaker 1It's a good one.
Speaker 2It's a really good movie.

Speaker 1Yes, that was DVD, though these are all Blu-rays, thank you so much.
Speaker 2I like all of them, and my bell Awesome, I have to like. Stop it, though, or else it's going to play forever.

Speaker 1I mean, I was thinking at some point we have to get that.
Speaker 2And 80 episodes later. Yeah, here it is.
Speaker 1Yeah.
Speaker 2Yeah, I'm so happy.
Speaker 1Good, it's my pleasure.
Speaker 2Thank you Anything else.
Speaker 1I don't think so.
Speaker 2No, all right.
Speaker 1All right, that's cool yeah.
Speaker 2Would you like to wrap this up then?
Speaker 1Yeah, maybe we should.
Speaker 2I'm turning 31 on June 13th.
Speaker 1Yeah.
Speaker 2That's weird. I don't like that number.
Speaker 1I'm gonna dislike this year. Okay, I've decided it's like the mirror of 13, which can be seen as like a bad luck number.
Speaker 2I don't see it that way.
Speaker 1Okay, you like 13. I do Okay.
Speaker 2I had a good year when I was 13.
Speaker 1I thought I tried to make some sense out of 31, but I guess you were wrong. Maybe you just don't like mirrors.
Speaker 2That's true. I just don't like mirrors, yeah that's it.
Speaker 1That's why you don't like 31.
Speaker 2Right.
Speaker 1That doesn't make sense.
Speaker 2No, maybe it's just a longing to be 13 again. Oh, maybe Anyway.
Speaker 1So next year you're 23.
Speaker 2Yes.
Speaker 1I'm 33. That's a good.
Speaker 2And you're 33. Yeah, no matter where you live.
Speaker 1Yeah, I'm not gonna change, I'm not changing.
Speaker 2No, anyway, okay, can we?
Speaker 1You want to get this over with.
Speaker 2Can we wrap this up?
Speaker 1Okay.
Speaker 2Thank you for listening to the episode. It was super fun.
Speaker 1Yeah.

Yes, and you don't have any advice, or If you're listening to this and I don't know why we say that, if you've gotten this far, which you probably have, you probably have if you're listening to this and I don't know why we say that If you've gotten this far, which you probably have you probably have if you're listening to this. Oh my gosh.
Speaker 1It doesn't make sense. No.
Speaker 2It feels so dumb and obvious to say it, but I didn't want to say anything about it While you're listening to this?
Speaker 1Yeah.
Speaker 2Look up from whatever you're doing and find the closest person to you.
Speaker 1Give that person a gift, maybe.
Speaker 2A gift and say happy birthday yeah.
