Speaker 1:

in a world where everything is unscripted, this is roasty toasty ghost.

Speaker 2:

It's still pretty low for where I've been. It'll go away tomorrow, I I'm sure.

Speaker 1:

Yeah.

Speaker 2:

After the gym and everything, not eating for half the day. Half an hour, half an hour. Yeah, I'm going to fast for about half an hour. It's not a break, it's officially a fast, because I'm intentionally not eating. Maybe that's what fasting is. It's intentionally not eating. I mean sure I could say I'm taking a break whenever I want, but this is an intentional not eating. I mean sure I could say I'm taking a break whenever I want. Yeah, but this is an intentional not eating break. Yeah, true, true, true.

Speaker 2:

Today we're going to define words.

Speaker 1:

Okay, in different ways. Yeah, sure, fasting.

Speaker 2:

Fasting.

Speaker 1:

Oh, we should do deep dive about fasting.

Speaker 2:

We're getting a little way obsessed over here.

Speaker 1:

Yeah, that could be like a plan B, I guess.

Speaker 2:

So If nothing else pops up that's what we'll do. What are your thoughts on fasting? What's your point of view? Is it something you've tried?

Speaker 1:

No, not like intentional, not strictly like that. No, I have not Okay.

Speaker 2:

Not strictly like that.

Speaker 1:

No, I have not Okay, but you know when I lost all this weight 10 years ago? I'm always talking about that.

Speaker 2:

Yeah, well, it's a big part of your life.

Speaker 1:

It was a really big part of my life, and then I just didn't eat as much, and sometimes I I mean and that included, like taking breaks from eating, since I but I didn't stop eating, for, like you know, I didn't like count hours or days or whatever people do, I don't get it. Yeah, but no, so I haven't done fasting that way okay, have you.

Speaker 2:

I do on a regular right now yeah but you haven't done that before it's been off and on since, like what I think I had started, maybe in 2018 okay, so you have done it before. Yeah.

Speaker 1:

But what does fasting mean? It's I mean, does it mean that you can't eat anything?

Speaker 2:

Well, anything that is going to Like something to do with insulin.

Speaker 1:

Oh.

Speaker 2:

Like make insulin, Anything that will make you make insulin, I think.

Speaker 1:

Okay.

Speaker 2:

And um.

Speaker 1:

Yeah, I'm too stupid to know what makes me make insulin or not.

Speaker 2:

Well, I'm not sure.

Speaker 1:

This is where we should do a deep dive, yeah maybe, so this is our guess, yeah. Okay, you should do a deep dive?

Speaker 2:

Yeah, maybe, so this is our guess. Yeah, okay, so you can drink like water and coffee and tea If you need to, like feel like you're eating something. It's not really eating, it's really still drinking. But you can have like a broth, like a meat or bone broth.

Speaker 1:

Oh yeah.

Speaker 2:

Because that's what I did when I was fasting before my doctor's appointment.

Speaker 1:

I remember that, yes, that was difficult, I just sit there, doesn't sound too nice, no.

Speaker 2:

Well, no, during that lunch I didn't eat anything, I just had my water bottle. I just drank my water, but for dinner I had like a broth from chicken noodle soup. I was watching everyone else eat their chicken noodle soup and I was like I just got the soup.

Speaker 1:

Yeah.

Speaker 2:

I only got the soup, so I was just feeling really sad.

Speaker 1:

Yeah.

Speaker 2:

Yeah, that's pretty much it. You can't really eat anything.

Speaker 1:

Okay At all. Okay, no, then I haven't been fasting.

Speaker 2:

No, okay, okay. Yeah, I usually stop eating around like seven and then I'll eat at lunch.

Speaker 1:

Okay, yes, but you were talking about us fasting for 24 hours, and does that mean not eating anything, right?

Speaker 2:

Yes, okay, well, would you have examples of what might be an exception?

Speaker 1:

Well, would you have examples of what might be an exception? No, I don't know. That's how I interpreted it, that we wouldn't eat anything, so that sounds like a challenge.

Speaker 2:

It is a challenge. You probably shouldn't jump to 24 hours, though. I mean, if you're going to fast, you might want to like slowly build up those hours, because those first few times are miserable.

Speaker 1:

Yeah, but I'm not like other people when it comes to hunger, though.

Speaker 2:

Okay.

Speaker 1:

Because when I'm hungry it just goes away.

Speaker 2:

Okay.

Speaker 1:

You know like.

Speaker 2:

You just think of something else.

Speaker 1:

Yeah, I mean I'm like, oh, I'm so hungry, and then like five. I mean I'm like, oh, I'm so hungry, and then like five minutes later I'm like I'm not hungry anymore. And I don't think I get very grumpy and stuff like that either.

Speaker 2:

So maybe it would be a fun experiment to see what would happen. I am a healthcare professional, so if you have questions, you can ask me.

Speaker 1:

Okay, yeah.

Speaker 2:

I'm also a professional historian. I have majored in science and technology and I'm just I'm an English teacher.

Speaker 1:

Yes, and you're wise.

Speaker 2:

I'm very, I'm white, wise.

Speaker 1:

Wise.

Speaker 2:

Wise, I'm white. Wise, wise, wise, I'm so wise. I'm just a very smart person. I have all the answers.

Speaker 1:

Why are you so wise? Yeah, this is not about fasting or anything.

Speaker 2:

That's all I want to talk about from now on. Okay, Okay, sorry what.

Speaker 1:

No, I was going to say that my phone rang. Oh, I got a phone call. I think it was yesterday, uh-huh, when I was working.

Speaker 2:

Okay.

Speaker 1:

And I'm like what do I do? Is it someone at work that wants to talk to me, or what? I didn't recognize the number, uh-huh, but I'm I'm like, yeah, I guess I, I, I can talk, uh, I. So I answered it and answered it amsterdam yeah, I amsterdam, the damn thing I am. I answered the thing, okay, the phone the thing.

Speaker 2:

I call my phone the thing oh, I, I thought I had a different name oh no, phony phony was the name of your phone. Yeah, that's right yeah, I remember, because I just re-listened to that episode the other day I was like that's a funny name, Anyhow, anyway.

Speaker 1:

It was the union.

Speaker 2:

Oh.

Speaker 1:

They said is this Matias? And I'm like yeah.

Speaker 2:

This is Matias' dad.

Speaker 1:

Yeah, this is Matias' dad. He's sick today.

Speaker 2:

Sorry what?

Speaker 1:

Yeah, no, why did I tell you that?

Speaker 2:

okay, okay. No, this is matthias speaking.

Speaker 1:

He's having issues yeah, uh, no, and I'm like, yes, this is Mattias. She's like, yeah, welcome to the union. She said welcome.

Speaker 2:

Right.

Speaker 1:

To the union. Uh-huh, I got that part and I'm like yeah, thank you. Then she asked so do you have any questions about the union and such? And I'm like not.

Speaker 2:

Can I keep my job? I'm not sure they can answer that Can you save me? Yeah, save me. Help, why? Why You're so wise.

Speaker 1:

No. So I'm like, no, I don't have questions. And she's like, okay, good, you have a nice day. Bye-bye, They've never called me. Okay, that's so funny yeah, that must be a new thing and you became a member, like months ago yeah so that's weird yeah and uh, but yeah, and it was kind of funny that she said, okay, good, good that they don't have questions, because I don't want to answer.

Speaker 2:

I don't have answers.

Speaker 1:

I don't want to answer you, dude. That's what she said Dude.

Speaker 2:

Okay, I'm glad that she had time to fit in the dude. Yeah.

Speaker 1:

Then she's like now I'm going to catch a wave. She was a surfer, Was she Australian?

Speaker 2:

Yeah, okay, she's wave. She was a surfer. Was she australian? Okay, she's calling you from australia, dude.

Speaker 1:

Yeah, mate, or whatever they might, might, yeah, they might, yeah. They have a weird accent yeah, they might, might. Okay, very cool that's not a knife no, okay this knife. Okay, you don't know what I'm talking about.

Speaker 2:

Have I seen it? No, I haven't. Oh, then I don't get it. It's on the list, though. Okay. Well, that doesn't help me right now.

Speaker 1:

No, I haven't seen it. It will help you in the future.

Speaker 2:

All right, thank you. I'm hoping that future Lauren reference yeah, when it comes. Okay, so that was my story about the union. Okay, the union calling, okay. I don't think I have any stories about the union sidetrack here, as if we weren't enough, who comes back to work and goes immediately back into work yeah you don't get back into your station and fix things up so that they're the way you need them to be?

Speaker 2:

I don't know, for us maybe check teams, for I don't know any kind of messages. I can tell you that I never go straight into work when I get back from a break.

Speaker 1:

No.

Speaker 2:

I mean, yeah, I can understand that if I'm super busy, especially here when I'm cleaning and stuff, I'm like working my butt off to clean the place and everyone else is just sitting around doing nothing, then, yeah, I'll get kind of frustrated.

Speaker 1:

Yeah.

Speaker 2:

It's like is anyone going to help me, or do I have to do everything by myself? Do I know? Is that something I'm supposed to do? Is that the expectation of me to do everything?

Speaker 1:

Yeah.

Speaker 2:

During the what 48 hours that I get in the weekend.

Speaker 1:

Yeah.

Speaker 2:

I'm expected to, like Tasmanian devil, clean the place.

Speaker 1:

Oh yeah.

Speaker 2:

And grocery shopping and oh well planning meals as well.

Speaker 1:

That's what I feel like, honestly, you do that as well. Spinning around. And that's what I feel like, honestly, you do that as well.

Speaker 2:

Except, instead of spinning, it's the spray.

Speaker 1:

Oh.

Speaker 2:

It's the cleaning. Yeah, that's what I'm doing. That is an accurate description of what my cleaning style looks like.

Speaker 1:

And I am literally bouncing all over the place because ADHD, okay yeah, and when you're spinning around, you have like a vacuum and and the mop following right after. I'm like an octopus yeah.

Speaker 2:

God, that would be so nice.

Speaker 1:

Yeah, if.

Speaker 2:

I could just do that, everything would be done in 20 minutes.

Speaker 1:

Yeah.

Speaker 2:

Tops? That would be great. Are we going to start this? If you want to oh, my goodness, I mean it's your turn to start. It's my turn. All right, let's do this then. I'm thirsty.

Speaker 1:

Yeah, me too.

Speaker 2:

Okay, I feel like a balloon.

Speaker 1:

Good to know.

Speaker 2:

All right, hello and welcome to Roasty Dosty Oasty, this is your favorite podcast and we are your hosties. I'm Lauren.

Speaker 1:

And I'm Matias.

Speaker 2:

And we're going to be your besties for the next hour or so.

Speaker 1:

Or so.

Speaker 2:

Or so.

Speaker 1:

That's all, that's it. That's it.

Speaker 2:

Matias, you are Matias.

Speaker 1:

That's what I said. I said that.

Speaker 2:

Oh, you said that I didn't have to say it, because you said it, because you're figuring out your lines.

Speaker 1:

Yes, I was really fast when I said it as well.

Speaker 2:

You are very fast and I'm a CS.

Speaker 1:

Yeah, what did you say?

Speaker 2:

Nothing. No, I didn't say anything.

Speaker 1:

No, you said something. Did you say that I was fat? Yeah Right, good, perfect.

Speaker 2:

We're like so synchronized we can finish each other's sandwiches.

Speaker 1:

Broccoli.

Speaker 2:

Broccoli. That's just because you don't want to finish your broccoli, yeah.

Speaker 1:

Haha, you ate mine, so now you have to eat your own.

Speaker 2:

Finish each other's broccoli. Haha, you ate mine, so now you have to eat your own. Not even sandwiches, oh no, because I can't eat the sandwiches.

Speaker 1:

No, exactly.

Speaker 2:

Okay, I get it. Um what? No, how are you?

Speaker 1:

Um 52. No, I don't know, I'm good.

Speaker 2:

Okay.

Speaker 1:

I am good.

Speaker 2:

You are good, good, it's good that you're good.

Speaker 1:

And how are you?

Speaker 2:

I am also good.

Speaker 1:

You're also good.

Speaker 2:

Also good. Yeah, we're gonna keep in high spirits. Today we're doing really good.

Speaker 1:

So we're like the same.

Speaker 2:

We're equals. Yeah, I would say so.

Speaker 1:

You and I were good.

Speaker 2:

That's correct. Let's talk about our week okay let's update the world on what we've been up to okay, so we're gonna start on saturday we went to the gym we did yep, we did pretty good. Yeah, good, I think so. Is that russian good, good, good no I don't do accents at all, but I can pretend that I do or just do my own yeah I make up my own accents and call it russian yeah, uh, you don't speak russian, no no, no, that's like french no, russian, russian, russian oh, that's my language, that's my accent.

Speaker 2:

If I ever do an accent, it's freshen, freshen. Um, so we went to the gym and we did great, and then you went home, I guess yeah nothing exciting. I don't think I did anything that fun.

Speaker 1:

No, I did some editing in the evening.

Speaker 2:

Right. What about Sunday?

Speaker 1:

I did some editing. I actually finished the episode, and then I finished another video that's gonna be published next month.

Speaker 2:

Awesome.

Speaker 1:

Yeah, and on Saturday, when I did the first part, I had such a headache.

Speaker 2:

Oh yeah, that's not great.

Speaker 1:

No, but I felt like it had to be done, otherwise I'm gonna have almost like two parts on Sunday, yeah.

Speaker 2:

On Sunday I went to the summer cabin.

Speaker 1:

Oh yeah.

Speaker 2:

With my family and, yeah, we had some food and it was good.

Speaker 1:

Grilling.

Speaker 2:

We grilled some pork Pork Pork it was good, it was very good. And then some pork Pork Pork it was good, it was very good. And then Monday happened. Yeah, that was a day.

Speaker 1:

It was a good day at work for me, okay, yeah. Because you were where you're supposed to be.

Speaker 2:

Yeah, and I guess it was a good day for me too, because I went back to my department as well and we both had a pretty chill day.

Speaker 1:

Yeah, the only problem I had was my blisters on my heels.

Speaker 2:

Oh, yeah, because you're wearing your new shoes.

Speaker 1:

Yeah.

Speaker 2:

New shoes are no fun. No, they're good, but they hurt.

Speaker 1:

They're getting better now, though Good, but Tuesday was even worse. Mm-hmm, better now though, so good, and but tuesday was even worse. Uh, yeah, so I I had a weird walk. I guess, since my leg hurts right now or my calf is like I it feels like a wooden leg, wooden calf calf, calf, wooden calf, calf, calf.

Speaker 2:

Calf, yep, yeah, tuesday also happened.

Speaker 1:

Yeah, not a great day.

Speaker 2:

No Wednesday, we went to the gym again and that went well.

Speaker 1:

That went very well.

Speaker 2:

We were biking, we biked, and then I did some wall sits.

Speaker 1:

Oh yeah.

Speaker 2:

And you just sat on a ball.

Speaker 1:

I sat on a ball.

Speaker 2:

Yeah, that was okay, and you just sat on a ball. I sat on a ball, yeah, that was okay, I was okay with that, yeah, as long as you were still hanging out with me while I was trying to do something.

Speaker 1:

I was trying to be funny.

Speaker 2:

You were funny.

Speaker 1:

Okay, and did something else happen.

Speaker 2:

I don't know, I really I have no idea.

Speaker 1:

This week was just a week to me.

Speaker 2:

Yeah, it wasn't a great week.

Speaker 1:

Yesterday, it wasn't a great week.

Speaker 2:

Yesterday, it was not a great day. Oh, it was so slow, everything was so slow.

Speaker 1:

The entire day was so slow.

Speaker 2:

And now I'm wondering if Thursdays are like, at least the work day, are more like I don't know Mondays or Tuesdays now.

Speaker 1:

Yeah, some people say that Tuesday's worse.

Speaker 2:

I usually think that Tuesday is worse than Monday. Okay, now Well, we have a long day at work, so then Tuesday feels On Monday yes, yeah so then Tuesday feels like you've already been working for two days, so it feels like Wednesday, but it's only Tuesday.

Speaker 1:

Yeah, I think Monday is the worst one, since it is so long.

Speaker 2:

Yeah.

Speaker 1:

Especially, you know, in the afternoon, when, after the last break, when we have over two hours until the day is finished.

Speaker 2:

Yeah, yeah, yeah, it's been a week.

Speaker 1:

Yeah, today is Friday.

Speaker 2:

It's been a meh week. Not that exciting.

Speaker 1:

Today is Friday, it's been a little bit better today.

Speaker 2:

It has been better today.

Speaker 1:

Compared to yesterday.

Speaker 2:

It's been a great day compared to yesterday.

Speaker 1:

Yeah.

Speaker 2:

Do we want to give updates on our health?

Speaker 1:

Yeah, maybe.

Speaker 2:

How's the weight loss going for you?

Speaker 1:

Pretty good. I mean, I'm almost down at the all-year low.

Speaker 2:

Okay, that's the lowest you've been all year.

Speaker 1:

Yeah, okay, and that was last week you got there. Yeah, yeah, because it was when I was sick.

Speaker 2:

Mm-hmm Homesick Right.

Speaker 1:

Not homesick.

Speaker 2:

No Homesick. You can't be homesick while you're still at home.

Speaker 1:

No, I want to go home, but you're already home.

Speaker 2:

I want to go to bed.

Speaker 1:

You're already in bed. No, I'm on the scale. No way, no. So, and that was my sick weight, so I don't know if that counts. I guess it counts. It has to count, to count, yeah, but then I gained that again after.

Speaker 2:

So so you yeah gained, but you have still lost since you gained.

Speaker 1:

Yes, exactly so.

Speaker 2:

I'm almost at that level, so close okay, so you lost half a kilo throughout the week, which is, I think that's healthy, that's the normal amount you're supposed to lose. And what about me? Yeah, what about me? I lost two kilos throughout the week, which is not as healthy as you.

Speaker 1:

It is healthy, healthier. You lost more than me.

Speaker 2:

Yeah, but not in a healthy way.

Speaker 1:

I don't know. I'm not eating as healthy as you are, I still eat some bad things.

Speaker 2:

I may be getting a little obsessive. Yeah, which is nothing new With the weight. Yeah, I've always been like an obsessive kind of person. I will obsess over things. That's just what I do.

Speaker 1:

Yeah.

Speaker 2:

I focus on one thing and I drive it into the ground. So that's what I'm doing with this, okay, I think Driving it into the ground. I'm going to crash and I'm going to burn.

Speaker 1:

Yeah.

Speaker 2:

Or I'm going to reach my weight goals and everything's going to be great for the rest of my life.

Speaker 1:

Yeah.

Speaker 2:

Which I mean I did kind of manage to do a couple of days ago I got my all year low.

Speaker 1:

Yeah.

Speaker 2:

Well, today is Friday, mm-hmm Friday. Friday, I say Friday.

Speaker 1:

Friday.

Speaker 2:

Hey Friday.

Speaker 1:

Friday Friday.

Speaker 2:

It is September 20th 2024.

Speaker 1:

Yeah.

Speaker 2:

And we watched movies. We did yeah.

Speaker 1:

Yeah.

Speaker 2:

You don't? Yes, I do. Are you quitting?

Speaker 1:

But it's not often enough.

Speaker 2:

No, we need more movie nights Aw.

Speaker 1:

No, it's good. Once a week is good, and sometimes it's movie days as well.

Speaker 2:

That's too much as well, okay.

Speaker 1:

Okay, that's enough. That's enough. Do you want to movie on?

Speaker 2:

I would like to movie on let's movie on.

Speaker 1:

I would like to move me on.

Speaker 2:

Let's move on all right, let's do that. Yeah, that was a little weird, but I'll keep it anyway. So today we watched the whole 10 yards and sergeant pepper's lonely arts club band. Yes, I nailed that one. I hardly had to think about it, it just rolled off the tongue yeah so I'm gonna what no, I'm. I'm just thinking of a stupid video, okay cool, so I'm gonna tell you about the whole 10 yards. This is a movie. It has bruce willis. It is a sequel to last week's movie the whole nine yards yards.

Speaker 1:

Oh, now I get it.

Speaker 2:

Yeah, it makes sense now. So in this movie you have the same characters and the same actor to one of the characters last movie, but he's a different character now.

Speaker 1:

Yeah, he plays the dad now A dad, yeah, the dad to the character from last movie.

Speaker 2:

Yeah, so that character is a bad guy and he kidnaps Matthew Perry's wife, who happens to be Bruce Willis' ex-wife in the movie, not in real life.

Speaker 1:

Exactly.

Speaker 2:

Yeah, and they go to save her, and there's some twists and turns throughout the movie that are very exciting.

Speaker 1:

Yeah, and it's also a comedy.

Speaker 2:

It's a comedy. It is funny. I laughed, I enjoyed it and that's all I'm going to say. I liked the movie it was a good one yeah. It was funny.

Speaker 1:

Good your turn. Yeah, I also laughed and I also thought it was funny. I'm thinking about the character you were talking about. He played his father in this movie. He didn't really look like what he looked like in the last movie, though. No, they did some makeup on his face so he was really unrecognizable, but you could see his eyes. Oh, okay, do you know who I'm talking about? In the last movie.

Speaker 2:

Well, kind of I remember the character, but I don't remember the character's face. Oh, okay, anyhow, that's funny.

Speaker 1:

Yeah, I thought it was funny. How did you think it was compared to the last movie?

Speaker 2:

I thought Bruce Willis' character was a little bit more funny in this one. Plot-wise, I can't tell you.

Speaker 1:

No, okay, I have to say that I kind of like this one better than the first one.

Speaker 2:

It was really good.

Speaker 1:

Yeah, but I also noticed now. I have not noticed that that much before, but it feels like Matthew Perry's character was almost a little bit too clumsy in this one he was very clumsy yeah, in the last one he was more like funny, sarcastic and, you know, scared. He wasn't as clumsy in that that one, but in this one he's like ooh, whoa, I'm falling and everything. Yeah, or yeah, you know.

Speaker 2:

Yeah.

Speaker 1:

It was almost a little. Too much, too much, but I still like this movie a little bit better than the first one.

Speaker 2:

Good, good, yeah, that's it. Yeah, I think so.

Speaker 1:

And then we have the other movie.

Speaker 2:

You don't know the title.

Speaker 1:

Yes, sgt Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band.

Speaker 2:

Right.

Speaker 1:

Yes, it's a long title and I almost always say Dr Peppers, but it's, that's wrong. Yeah, it's supposed to be Sgt Pepper's, so this movie is about four guys that comes from this little town and are about to hit it big. They're gonna be huge stars and there's an evil evil bad guy who wants to stop them and they have to track down like musical instruments.

Speaker 2:

Yeah, because the bad guy hid the instruments they had to go find them.

Speaker 1:

Oh yeah, that's very evil. You can tell it's a bad guy if he hides the instruments, yeah. So, yeah, other things happen and there's a whole lot of known people, cameos and famous people in this movie Celebrities. So three of the four main characters are the Bee Gees guys. Yeah, and another guy Then we have, like Alice Cooper.

Speaker 2:

Mm-hmm.

Speaker 1:

Aerosmith, yes, and Earth, wind and Fire. It's 70s, I might add Mm. If people didn't already know George Burns, he was the narrator. Yeah mayor yeah, steve martin oh, that's a good one. His character was also a little bit over the top or way over the top maybe not just a little bit it was very steve martin of him. Sometimes he can be too over the top, though.

Speaker 2:

Yeah, and this was that.

Speaker 1:

Yeah, yeah, it was kind of when you realized who he was. Yeah, then it was like yeah, of course.

Speaker 2:

That makes sense. Yeah, I just wish that he would have sung the song as it was supposed to be instead of overacting it.

Speaker 1:

Yeah, that's true. He wasn't really singing either. No, it was more like talk.

Speaker 2:

Talk singing.

Speaker 1:

Yeah, and he can sing.

Speaker 2:

Mm-hmm.

Speaker 1:

That's the frustrating part.

Speaker 2:

Yeah, and you want to hear that.

Speaker 1:

Yeah, but he's just not doing it. No. What did you think about the movie?

Speaker 2:

Well, there were a lot of Beatles songs and references.

Speaker 1:

That was like the best parts.

Speaker 2:

Yeah, I enjoyed the songs.

Speaker 1:

Yeah, it had good songs. Yeah, I expected that, like almost all of them are good songs. Yeah.

Speaker 2:

They were generally well done. I liked the robots.

Speaker 1:

They were also singing, yeah.

Speaker 2:

And that was fun. I enjoyed that part.

Speaker 1:

What songs did they sing? She's Leaving singing yeah, and that was fun. I enjoyed that part. What songs did they sing?

Speaker 2:

She's Leaving Home.

Speaker 1:

Okay.

Speaker 2:

Was one of the songs that they sang.

Speaker 1:

Which song did you like the most?

Speaker 2:

As in performance.

Speaker 1:

Yeah.

Speaker 2:

Okay.

Speaker 1:

Steve Martin. No, no, that was the least one.

Speaker 2:

I'm gonna say no.

Speaker 1:

Even though I liked the song oh God.

Speaker 2:

There's so many good Beatles songs, but which one was performed the best? I really love the Long and Winding Ride.

Speaker 1:

Roud.

Speaker 2:

Roud Arousal, the Long and Winding Arousal.

Speaker 1:

Yeah, the Long and Winding Router.

Speaker 2:

Router, the Long Windy Router, yeah Road, the. Long and Wind Road the long and winding road.

Speaker 1:

Yes.

Speaker 2:

I love that song.

Speaker 1:

Yeah, it's good. I also love so many of the songs, but the one I found myself singing along to Sing along, yeah.

Speaker 2:

Sing-a-ling-a-long-a-to. Sing-a-ling-a-long-a-to.

Speaker 1:

Sing along to. Singing along to was, oh Darling.

Speaker 2:

Yeah.

Speaker 1:

So I like that one.

Speaker 2:

That's a really good one yeah.

Speaker 1:

It's very nice.

Speaker 2:

All right, anything else?

Speaker 1:

I don't think so. So did you like the movie at all?

Speaker 2:

You know what? It wasn't the worst.

Speaker 1:

No, it was okay.

Speaker 2:

The fact that it had the Beatles songs gave it a boost. The fact that it had the Beatles songs gave it a boost.

Speaker 1:

The acting and the storyline don't get a good grade, but the songs just save it. Yeah, since this was one of the movies on the worst musicals.

Speaker 2:

Oh yeah, this was a part of the worst musicals list.

Speaker 1:

Yeah, I don't think it fits there. I don't think it was that bad, it was okay. I didn't love it, but.

Speaker 2:

Storyline and acting-wise it probably deserved a spot, maybe like lower on the list. It's not the worst but it's not the best either.

Speaker 1:

No, but I've seen way worse movies than this. Okay, musical movies.

Speaker 2:

Yeah, Fiddler on the Roof was on there too.

Speaker 1:

Was it, was it it should have been. Yeah, oh, yes. Yeah, that's for another day my bottom five list.

Speaker 2:

Cats was also on that list.

Speaker 1:

Yeah, that is true, but we haven't seen that yet.

Speaker 2:

No, we'll save that for a movie day.

Speaker 1:

Yeah, I also read on the trivia that the Beatles didn't like this movie. I believe him. Yeah, paul.

Speaker 2:

McCartney doesn't like other people using his song.

Speaker 1:

No, okay.

Speaker 2:

But they're so good so it's so hard not to.

Speaker 1:

Yeah, I mean I think was it Paul and Ringo that attended the premiere of this movie. I don't know Ringo that attended the premiere of this movie. I don't know I read it, but I don't remember which. It was two of them who was there and the other two didn't even want to see the movie Mm-hmm. The two that were there I think it was Paul and Ringo Okay, they didn't like it.

Speaker 2:

Okay, and the other two ended up dying. Is that a coincidence? Maybe?

Speaker 1:

Okay, maybe not, maybe the movie. People took them out.

Speaker 2:

Maybe. Yeah, that's a conspiracy theory. Yeah.

Speaker 1:

One of them shot John and made George smoke a lot of cigarettes.

Speaker 2:

They tampered with the cigarettes. Yeah, make it extra carcinogenic.

Speaker 1:

Yeah, okay, that's a word.

Speaker 2:

That is a word, and it took some effort, but I got it out there.

Speaker 1:

What kind of word is that?

Speaker 2:

That means that it causes cancer.

Speaker 1:

Yeah, but is that an adjective?

Speaker 2:

I guess. So yeah, yeah.

Speaker 1:

Okay, good, good to know.

Speaker 2:

Yeah, you're going to use that.

Speaker 1:

Yeah, I'm not going to remember that. No, you, yeah, okay, good, good to know. Yeah, you're going to use that yeah.

Speaker 2:

I'm not going to remember that.

Speaker 1:

No, you're not. You should use that. I will probably maybe one day?

Speaker 2:

No, don't, because then I have to spell, Then you're going to get mad at it. Oh yeah, that too.

Speaker 1:

Yeah, so maybe.

Speaker 2:

Would you like to take a break? That would be a good, we will be right back yeah.

Speaker 1:

Goodbye, bye-bye, bye-bye.

Speaker 2:

Hello and welcome back.

Speaker 1:

Yeah, welcome back To part two, party two.

Speaker 2:

Party part two.

Speaker 1:

Party part two. Party part two. Oh my.

Speaker 2:

God Okay.

Speaker 1:

Oh my stomach.

Speaker 2:

What's with your stomach?

Speaker 1:

Nothing.

Speaker 2:

Are you okay?

Speaker 1:

No, I'm not okay. No, I'm so stupid. I think that was what I was going to say, that I was stupid. But I said oh my stomach, that doesn't make it smarter.

Speaker 2:

All right, I'm gonna jump in here. All right, I have some episode corrections, I think, from last episode. Okay, it became a big deal it did shock treatment.

Speaker 1:

I'm sorry about that.

Speaker 2:

It is your fault, because I couldn't think of a song that I liked and you got all upset and it's all cut out, it's. I don't know if it even made the outtakes. It became a big deal, big tensions, and I did re-listen to the soundtrack several times on Monday and I might actually have a favorite song.

Speaker 1:

Okay, nice.

Speaker 2:

The songs ended up being a lot better than I remembered them to be while re-listening.

Speaker 1:

Yeah.

Speaker 2:

My problem with the movie is that I compared shock treatment to Rocky Horror way too much, when they really should be treated as individual movies.

Speaker 1:

Yeah, and I do understand that. I mean Rocky Horror has been like your upbringing.

Speaker 2:

Yeah.

Speaker 1:

It's like been there constant in your life.

Speaker 2:

Yeah.

Speaker 1:

So I do understand that and like the Armor of God movies. The first two are like Rocky Horror for me because, I grew up with them, and then the third one came out when I was an adult and I didn't like that movie that much at all, actually, and that's the one you like the best of the three.

Speaker 2:

Yeah.

Speaker 1:

So I guess it's kind of like that, but still like Rocky Horror better than Shock Treatment.

Speaker 2:

But I don't think I hated Shock shock treatment as much as you did okay, or maybe not hate, but uh yeah I wasn't as disappointed right, okay, so I'm here to tell you the results yes of my favorite songs from that movie a couple yeah, so you have more than one now. Yeah, that's good, I really liked the Shock Treatment song.

Speaker 1:

Yeah.

Speaker 2:

That one and Lullaby. You also mentioned Lullaby, but I also really liked that song.

Speaker 1:

It was kind of funny also. Yeah, I liked the Bitchin' in the Kitchen. I've had it in my head this week and it's on my playlist now and I think it played like twice already. Okay, so it's not escaping my head.

Speaker 2:

No.

Speaker 1:

But I'm fine with that.

Speaker 2:

So are we good now.

Speaker 1:

We are.

Speaker 2:

Okay, that drama has been settled.

Speaker 1:

Yes.

Speaker 2:

Okay, I have to pause this for a second because, um no, no, not literally, no drama okay no, I just remembered something that I wanted to say earlier. You know, sergeant pepper yeah sergeant pepper's lonely hearts club band. Do you know where that came from?

Speaker 1:

no, sergeant pepper no no, you don't know if it was inspired by someone or anything. The story's not the story in the movie, right.

Speaker 2:

No, no, it's not.

Speaker 1:

No, I really don't have any clue.

Speaker 2:

From what I've heard, Sergeant Pepper is a mishearing of Salt-N-Peper.

Speaker 1:

Ah-ha.

Speaker 2:

Like Paul McCartney, heard someone say something Salt-N-Peper, he thought that he said Sergeant Pepper.

Speaker 1:

Oh yeah, that makes sense.

Speaker 2:

Yeah, very cool yes.

Speaker 1:

But is he related to Dr Pepper? I think they're cousins, oh good.

Speaker 2:

Or brothers. Even they could be brothers. Oh cool Anyway.

Speaker 1:

Very cool.

Speaker 2:

This week I come to you with more advice-y advice.

Speaker 1:

Ah, mm the advice-iest.

Speaker 2:

Yes, we're the advice-iest, yes, we're the advice-iest podcasts out there. I'm gonna tell you how to do self-care, because I don't think you take care of yourself enough.

Speaker 1:

Okay, do better Okay, okay I say while drinking a monster.

Speaker 2:

Right, well, you can do better tomorrow, so I'm gonna teach you self-care how to take care of yourself. Here are some self-care ideas to help you relax, recharge and prioritize your well-being, Brought to you by Open Eyes.

Speaker 1:

Oh, okay.

Speaker 2:

Starting off. How do you care for yourself? Do you take any me time? Do you do anything special to take care of yourself?

Speaker 1:

No, no, I don't take care of myself.

Speaker 2:

That's not good. Okay, self, no, no, I don't take care of myself. That's not good, okay. So my first point is physical self-care.

Speaker 1:

Okay, so get active.

Speaker 2:

I do that. Yeah, we've actually gotten really good at being active.

Speaker 1:

Yeah.

Speaker 2:

Go for a walk, jog or bike ride. Try yoga, dancing or swimming.

Speaker 1:

Not swimming. I don't like that.

Speaker 2:

No, okay, but you walk and jog and bike ride, yeah, and yoga. I guess in a way the stretching is a form of yoga.

Speaker 1:

I don't do much stretching though.

Speaker 2:

Once a week is something.

Speaker 1:

Barely.

Speaker 2:

It's an attempt, Okay. Also, nourish your body. Eat a balanced diet, stay hydrated and get enough sleep. I can check off one of these that I do. I stay hydrated okay, yeah, good for you yeah, I do not eat a balanced diet or get enough sleep.

Speaker 2:

I plan on doing better yeah, sleep is hard to get sleep is definitely not gonna happen ever, because I always plan on going to bed at a certain time to you know, make it so I can get a good night's sleep, but I always end up falling asleep after that time.

Speaker 1:

Yeah.

Speaker 2:

And also we're up in the middle of the night while recording, yeah, so that's definitely not getting a good night's sleep Anything else.

Speaker 1:

Yeah, I don't get enough sleep either. What was the rest?

Speaker 2:

Eat a balanced diet and stay hydrated.

Speaker 1:

Not really.

Speaker 2:

No, not good, All right. Another one Practice relaxation, Try deep breathing meditation or progressive muscle relaxation. I don't know what that one is.

Speaker 1:

Sounds good.

Speaker 2:

Yeah, do you practice deep breathing?

Speaker 1:

No, okay, I can't say.

Speaker 2:

Do you want to?

Speaker 1:

What's that? Is it sighing a?

Speaker 2:

lot.

Speaker 1:

Well, I guess in a way, well, actually it's supposed to be a dot, a dot a dot which is actually a square.

Speaker 2:

A square square dot yeah, because, yeah, exactly, squat, a squat, it's actually a squat. You have to do squats while holding your breath, which is usually what I do anyway. But no, it's supposed to be all equal. So you breathe in for four, you hold for four, breathe out for four, hold for four.

Speaker 1:

Okay, hold out.

Speaker 2:

Hold your breath, like you.

Speaker 1:

Hold it out, so you breathe in, hold your breath, breathe out, hold breath out.

Speaker 2:

Yes, yeah, I'm gonna say yes.

Speaker 1:

Yes.

Speaker 2:

Yeah, so do you meditate?

Speaker 1:

I don't.

Speaker 2:

No, okay. So the next section is mental and emotional self-care, which is arguably the most important.

Speaker 1:

Yeah.

Speaker 2:

Because I mean, if you don't feel good mentally, then you really don't want to do anything.

Speaker 1:

No, I get it, the losing weight thing. It's very much a mental thing.

Speaker 2:

It takes lots of mental strength. Yes, it takes lots of mental strength.

Speaker 1:

Yes.

Speaker 2:

To get out there to do the thing, keep doing the thing and dealing with the pain.

Speaker 1:

Yeah, if there is pain, I'm not sure that meditation would help that much.

Speaker 2:

It can help clear your mind in a way Okay, because you really just focus on your breathing. I mean sure, if other thoughts come along, you can acknowledge that it was a thought and then just continue focusing on your breathing. But the mental part is really important, I think honestly I'm not sure if it's. I mean, obviously the mental part is a huge part, but I think that the support is also a huge part.

Speaker 1:

Sorry, I'm not thinking of words.

Speaker 2:

No, but do you know what I mean?

Speaker 1:

Yeah, I think I know what you mean. The support from friends and family are important.

Speaker 2:

Yeah, because I mean, without your motivation and the slight competitiveness, I don't know if I'd even be going to the gym.

Speaker 1:

Okay.

Speaker 2:

And with my life partner supporting me trying to better myself. I mean, if he wasn't okay with that, then I definitely wouldn't be going to the gym at all.

Speaker 1:

No.

Speaker 2:

Or doing anything physical.

Speaker 1:

I understand where you're coming from, but I'm not sure I would agree, since I have done this journey before on my own and I didn't have that much support. Sure, I told people not to buy me things, but that was still my choice. Not to eat. Buy me things, but that was still my choice not to eat, and when I don't eat, people stop buying me those things if they would. So yeah, I don't know, but then again you have a more complex life than I have.

Speaker 2:

Yeah, I can't just get up and go whenever I want to.

Speaker 1:

No.

Speaker 2:

But I think us going through this together has been really helpful. Good, it's better with a friend than going alone right, yeah. Let's talk about mental health. Spend time in nature, Go for a hike, sit in a park or simply enjoy the outdoors. We like to do those things.

Speaker 1:

Yeah, I like the outdoors.

Speaker 2:

We like walking in the woods.

Speaker 1:

Yes.

Speaker 2:

It's fun, always nice.

Speaker 1:

Yeah, we've been walking the road at my place for a couple times now. Yeah, times, did I say times or towns?

Speaker 2:

I hope. I'm pretty sure you said times.

Speaker 1:

Oh good, yeah yeah.

Speaker 2:

That's been good, and we also do the trails in the woods.

Speaker 1:

Yes, we do. We should do more of those.

Speaker 2:

Yeah.

Speaker 1:

We need to find the one we were searching for before we should, yeah, maybe. I don't know if we're going to do that this year. I don't know, maybe next year, we'll see.

Speaker 2:

We'll see what happens, I don't know. Connect with others, spend time with loved ones, join a club or volunteer Volunteer.

Speaker 1:

Yeah, that's kind of what you were talking about.

Speaker 2:

Yeah, and that's what we do. Yeah, we don't join clubs or volunteer, Well joining a club. I'm in the gymnastics group, yeah true, having a social life improves your mental health.

Speaker 1:

Yeah.

Speaker 2:

In a way.

Speaker 1:

Yes.

Speaker 2:

Pursue hobbies. Do something you enjoy, such as reading, painting or playing an instrument. Do you read?

Speaker 1:

I watch movies.

Speaker 2:

That's something you enjoy, that's a hobby and you're editing your videos yeah. That's a hobby. Good, keep doing that. If it makes you happy, it can't be that bad. Do you like to paint?

Speaker 1:

Not really.

Speaker 2:

Oh okay, what about like painting houses, or like walls or something? Not really Okay, and or something Not really Okay and you don't play an instrument.

Speaker 1:

No, not well.

Speaker 2:

No, me neither. I want to be good at playing piano. That would be good, yeah, but I'm not Okay, here's something that counters your hobbies though. Limit screen time, reduce your exposure to electronic devices, that'll improve your mental health.

Speaker 2:

I don't think it's just the lights, but it might just be like the social media because, people will scroll and, scroll and scroll all day, and it's not good for you, no, and it can make you, like, feel sad for yourself because all the pictures are like perfect and everyone looks perfect and you're like, I want that too.

Speaker 1:

I want perfect.

Speaker 2:

I want to be perfect. Why am I not out living my life? Why am I just sitting here scrolling on my phone? So don't spend too much time on social media.

Speaker 1:

It's what I'm going to say. You say while scrolling your phone Right, perfect.

Speaker 2:

Next is practice gratitude. Focus on the positive things in life. What are you thankful for? It's a bit early for this question but we're here anyway, I already asked.

Speaker 1:

I don't know. What am I thankful for? That's a good question. I wish I had a good answer. I guess I'm thankful for being alive.

Speaker 2:

That's a plus.

Speaker 1:

Yeah, losing weight, I'm thankful, I thank myself. Yeah, thatosing weight, I'm thankful, I thank myself.

Speaker 2:

Yeah, that's fine.

Speaker 1:

For keeping alive and losing weight. What are you thankful for? I'm thankful for the people around me and I guess we can be thankful to each other, since we do have someone to, since we know that someone else is going through the same thing.

Speaker 2:

Yeah, we encourage each other a lot.

Speaker 1:

Yeah.

Speaker 2:

So the people and I'm thankful for food and snacks. They don't like me as much as I like them.

Speaker 1:

Are you thankful for water?

Speaker 2:

I am. I drink a lot of water.

Speaker 1:

Water is underrated. Yes, especially today, yeah, especially during a lot of water.

Speaker 2:

Water is underrated.

Speaker 1:

Yes, especially today.

Speaker 2:

Yeah.

Speaker 1:

Especially during the movie.

Speaker 2:

Yeah. Okay, that was stupid this last section is spiritual self-care, so spend time in nature. That was the first one to the other one, so this is a repeat.

Speaker 1:

Okay.

Speaker 2:

But this one says connect with the natural world to find peace and tranquility. So do you ever float in meditation in the middle of the woods?

Speaker 1:

No.

Speaker 2:

Boring. Practice mindfulness, be present in the moment and focus on your thoughts and feelings. Do you ever think about your feelings and why you are feeling them, or do you just feel?

Speaker 1:

The latter, I just feel.

Speaker 2:

You just feel it would probably be good for you to stop and think why am I feeling like this? You're supposed to ask why five times.

Speaker 1:

Why yeah? So if I say I'm mad.

Speaker 2:

Okay, why am I mad? I'm mad because Matias said something dumb. Why did Matias say something dumb? Because Matias thinks he's funny. Why does Matias think he's funny? Because he is funny. Why is Matias funny? Because he tells funny jokes. So I'm mad at you because you tell funny jokes.

Speaker 1:

Was that five or four?

Speaker 2:

Okay, why does Matias Wait? No, why, what did I say? Matias tells funny jokes. Why does Matias tell funny jokes? Because he's funny. Why is Matias funny? I don't know, I don't know.

Speaker 1:

So I'm mad because I don't know. You're in a loop. You're in a loop there, okay. Okay, I don't know, that's the best I can give you, but you know what I get understand where you mean yeah yeah, so try not to get in the loop, yeah, at least try to give a different answer every time.

Speaker 2:

Okay, not repeat your answers. And then you go in a loop, engage in spiritual practices, explore media, prayer or other spiritual activities. I'm not sure I'm going to do much more than meditation, if I ever do meditation.

Speaker 1:

No.

Speaker 2:

Are you a spiritual person?

Speaker 1:

No, not very, you don't connect to nature or I like nature.

Speaker 2:

Yeah, do you connect to nature?

Speaker 1:

Connect. No, not really, I guess I don't have that port. You don't have that port, no you don't, you robot? Yeah.

Speaker 2:

So, to wrap this up, self-care is about finding what works best for you. Experiment with different activities and find what brings you joy and relaxation. So that was that.

Speaker 1:

Yeah.

Speaker 2:

Now you are aware of what you can do to take better care of yourself physically and mentally and spiritually, I guess, if you want.

Speaker 1:

Yeah, I guess so.

Speaker 2:

Do you think that you will change your practices? Are you going to start up a gratitude journal and write down three things you're grateful for every day?

Speaker 1:

Do you want me to answer that?

Speaker 2:

I want you to do that.

Speaker 1:

Okay, to actually do that.

Speaker 2:

Yeah, because our theme for the season is just do better yeah.

Speaker 1:

Okay, I say okay, but it's not going to happen.

Speaker 2:

No, okay.

Speaker 1:

That's the best I can do. I'm sorry.

Speaker 2:

Just everything, if I Do better.

Speaker 1:

Yeah, I know you want me to be honest.

Speaker 2:

It's probably best to do that yeah.

Speaker 1:

So I'm not going to.

Speaker 2:

Okay, not going to Okay, all right, now for the big part that everyone's been waiting for.

Speaker 1:

Yeah, what we're going to do for the 100th episode, right?

Speaker 2:

Yes, this is our 95th episode and we are going to announce now what we plan on doing for our 100th video.

Speaker 1:

Yeah, we promised we're going to do a live.

Speaker 2:

Yes.

Speaker 1:

Video Video Video.

Speaker 2:

So, first of all, we're going to be live on YouTube on our YouTube channel Roasty Toasty, Ghosty Pod right, yes. We're going to go through as many segments as we can.

Speaker 1:

We can try that.

Speaker 2:

We have quite a few, and I mean obviously we're going to movie on, and for our 100th we have the Kanga Reviews, the rewatches.

Speaker 1:

Oh yes.

Speaker 2:

And we could probably throw in a few more segments. If you listeners have any suggestions, please let us know. You want like a history lesson? Do you want advice? Do you want to play a game? We could probably do some Mad Libs.

Speaker 1:

Yeah.

Speaker 2:

We might actually do Mad Libs. We'll probably do a couple.

Speaker 1:

Yeah, we will probably.

Speaker 2:

It's going to be a lot of fun.

Speaker 1:

Yeah, and expect a lot of um.

Speaker 2:

Yeah, this episode will be published as usual, but with a lot less editing.

Speaker 1:

Yes.

Speaker 2:

Exactly as you heard it on the live. So that's the plan at the moment.

Speaker 1:

Yeah.

Speaker 2:

It's going to be a lot of fun. Yeah, so be there.

Speaker 1:

Or be square.

Speaker 2:

Yeah, it's going to be on a Friday, though a Friday evening for us, at least October 25th. We will announce the time at a later date because we don't know yet.

Speaker 1:

Exactly.

Speaker 2:

We have to talk about that part.

Speaker 1:

Yeah.

Speaker 2:

Matias, would you like to wrap this up?

Speaker 1:

I want to ask you a question.

Speaker 2:

All right.

Speaker 1:

What's ruining your life at the moment?

Speaker 2:

At the moment. What is ruining my life? I think it's just drama and frustration. Yeah, there might be reasons for the drama and frustration, but it still ruins my life. It brings me down. I don't like it, but that's just how things are.

Speaker 1:

Yeah, there's nothing I can do about that. Stop dragging me down.

Speaker 2:

Yeah, what about you? My calf Okay, it's ruining my life On your leg, not your actual cow.

Speaker 1:

No, I don't have a baby cow, okay.

Speaker 2:

No, that's too bad. Yeah, that's very disappointing.

Speaker 1:

But I don't think it would ruin my life.

Speaker 2:

Unless, it's a very Bad cow, bad cow If it's not well behaved.

Speaker 1:

Yeah, bad cow, get off the couch. No, my calf on my leg, that one On the right side.

Speaker 2:

Mm-hmm.

Speaker 1:

Yeah, it's ruining my life.

Speaker 2:

It's painful to walk in stairs. And it's not fun. No, that's a shame. I'm sorry that you're in so much pain.

Speaker 1:

Yeah, me too. Other than that, I'm good.

Speaker 2:

All right Awesome.

Speaker 1:

Yeah, maybe now we can wrap this up.

Speaker 2:

Yeah, any last words.

Speaker 1:

I don't think so I don't know. Do you have any?

Speaker 2:

I'm out of sips.

Speaker 1:

So am I. My face is full of it, though.

Speaker 2:

It's all over your face.

Speaker 1:

Yeah, that's what happens when you drink too fast.

Speaker 2:

Yeah, you spill all over your face.

Speaker 1:

Yep.

Speaker 2:

So thank you for listening to the episode. This was a lot of fun.

Speaker 1:

Did you have fun?

Speaker 2:

Yeah, I also had fun, everyone else had fun. Good, that's what they told me.

Speaker 1:

Speaker 1:

Well, we've insulted people enough um, well, not if they are there yeah then they're the, the future, dumb people who are not there. Yeah, exactly, we insult them. You know who you are.

All right, yeah Before we go anywhere.

Speaker 2:

If you're listening to this while driving in your car, look up.

Speaker 1:

There's a person there.

Speaker 1:

Speaker 2:

If you happen to stop at the next red light that you stop at or stop sign. No, this would work better at a red light.

Speaker 1:

Red red, red A red red red light. Yeah.

Speaker 2:

Roll down your window and start screaming at the person next to you, the nearest person.

Speaker 1:

Yeah.

Speaker 2:

And motion for them to roll down their window, yeah. And then you can scream at them, say hi, I am listening to the greatest podcast ever. It's called Roasty Toasty Ghosty, and you should listen to it too. And then you can say have a great day, bestie. And then roll up your window and zoom away whether it's still red, or not?

Speaker 1:

Just get out of there. The lights have been both red and green several times everyone's honking behind you hey y'all get out of your car and start knocking on windows. You have to tell everyone behind you too yeah, you should have like notes and you know you can hand out, oh yeah, like flyers or maybe like cue cards just like hold up at the light, I don't know it's really weird.
