SPEAKER_03:

No, it's gonna be a terrible episode.

SPEAKER_02:

Yeah. Yes, it is. Nothing good about this episode. Worst episode ever. Um, and that's that's the expectation.

SPEAKER_00:

Yeah. That's how we always should think, you know.

SPEAKER_02:

My nails are disgusting.

SPEAKER_00:

Yeah.

SPEAKER_02:

Okay. Glad we covered that subject. Uh next.

SPEAKER_00:

I heard glad we covered that. So jacked.

SPEAKER_02:

So jacked. That's how I'm feeling. So jacked. I haven't been to the gym in like months. Since like November, I think.

SPEAKER_00:

November.

SPEAKER_02:

November.

SPEAKER_00:

Yeah. I don't even remember when I last went to the gym.

SPEAKER_02:

Oh my goodness. It was a while ago.

SPEAKER_00:

Oh yeah.

SPEAKER_02:

What are we gonna do to fix that?

SPEAKER_00:

I don't know, but I started biking.

SPEAKER_02:

Okay. I thought you were I thought you were gonna say I started going to the gym without you.

SPEAKER_00:

Yeah.

SPEAKER_02:

Like, all right, thank you, Matias. I I wouldn't mind going to the gym with you, but if you want to be alone, buy it.

SPEAKER_00:

I mean, that's true, but I haven't been in the gym since last year. That's true. But I started going to the gym.

SPEAKER_02:

In other news, I did start going to the gym. I haven't told you. No, no, that hasn't happened, but it would be cool if we could do that.

SPEAKER_00:

Yeah. So were you thinking about um uh you know changing gym?

SPEAKER_02:

Depending if you are changing lives.

SPEAKER_00:

Yeah. Lives.

SPEAKER_02:

Lives. Uh living places. Yeah, living situations. That's what I meant. Not like being a different person, but kind of being a different person.

SPEAKER_00:

Yeah, I guess so.

SPEAKER_02:

Can we open this up?

SPEAKER_00:

Let's open this up.

SPEAKER_02:

Okay.

SPEAKER_00:

I can open. It's your turn to speak.

SPEAKER_02:

I will speak when it's my turn.

SPEAKER_00:

To speak.

SPEAKER_02:

To speak.

SPEAKER_00:

You will speak when spoken to.

SPEAKER_02:

You have to open. Very cool.

SPEAKER_00:

Thank you.

SPEAKER_02:

Hello and welcome to Roasty Toasty Goosy. My name is Lauren.

SPEAKER_00:

And I'm Matias.

SPEAKER_02:

And we are going to be your besties for the next hour or so.

SPEAKER_00:

Mm-hmm.

SPEAKER_02:

That's right.

SPEAKER_00:

Yep.

SPEAKER_02:

Did you know that this is the podcast in which you will learn nothing at all?

SPEAKER_00:

I did know that.

SPEAKER_02:

You did.

SPEAKER_00:

It feels like I learned that, but probably not from this podcast.

SPEAKER_02:

From a different podcast?

SPEAKER_00:

Yeah, maybe.

SPEAKER_02:

You heard from a different podcast that you will learn nothing from this podcast. Alright.

SPEAKER_00:

That's how it must have been.

SPEAKER_02:

Alright. I'm not sure if you'll actually learn anything today. We'll find out. We're gonna learn something.

SPEAKER_00:

Okay.

SPEAKER_02:

At least you and I. Uh, but we'll get to that later.

SPEAKER_00:

Okay.

SPEAKER_02:

Matias. Yes. How are you?

SPEAKER_00:

I are you better? I'm better than last week.

SPEAKER_02:

Okay.

SPEAKER_00:

Yeah, I feel good. Cool. How are you?

SPEAKER_02:

I'm good.

SPEAKER_00:

Good. You haven't been sick at all.

SPEAKER_02:

I haven't been sick. I've been overwhelmed, but I'm I'm not sick.

SPEAKER_00:

Yeah. Yeah, those aren't really the same thing.

SPEAKER_02:

No. Sorry. Sorry for not being what you thought I was.

SPEAKER_00:

Yeah, I mean a little bit disappointing.

SPEAKER_02:

I must that I I'm not sick.

SPEAKER_00:

Yeah.

SPEAKER_02:

Okay. I I was hoping, but I'm trying not to be sick because I'm busy.

SPEAKER_00:

Okay.

SPEAKER_02:

I don't really have the time to be sick. I don't have the the patience.

SPEAKER_00:

Oh, okay.

SPEAKER_02:

Uh I have things to do. Okay, so and yeah, I I just I can't do it. Even if I really tried convincing myself, I still don't think I could do it.

SPEAKER_00:

Okay, so you're like one of the macho guys in uh uh Predator.

SPEAKER_02:

I'm very macho.

SPEAKER_00:

Yeah, because he says uh I I uh I don't have time to bleed.

SPEAKER_02:

That's true. I don't I'm I'm thinking that at this this very moment I don't have time for this. I can't do it. I'm just gonna ignore it.

SPEAKER_01:

Yeah.

SPEAKER_02:

Just let it bleed and walk away. Although it kind of follows me. Anyway, um leaves the trail. It does. It leaves very noticeable trail.

SPEAKER_00:

Follow the blood a trail.

SPEAKER_02:

Everyone's very concerned. Anyway. Yeah. Like snail trails around the apartment right now. You've seen where I've been. Or you you can see where I've been, is what I meant. Uh uh. What was I saying? Oh my goodness, this week.

SPEAKER_01:

Oh yeah.

SPEAKER_02:

I'm gonna tell you about my week. I don't know. Nothing. I have got nothing. No. I I did some things, I worked a couple times, and uh that's it.

SPEAKER_00:

Yeah. I worked this entire week.

SPEAKER_02:

Cool. Yeah. What did I do last weekend? Oh, I sat at home uh and did uh an online course or it was a it was a digital meeting for like half the day. The majority of the day, really, but uh it got cut short.

SPEAKER_01:

Okay.

SPEAKER_02:

Uh it was okay. I learned things.

SPEAKER_01:

Wow.

SPEAKER_02:

But uh at the end they said, give me one word that you would describe this course with. And I said, challenging, really, because uh, first of all, it's digital. It's like on Zoom. And she would randomly call us out to answer questions. So sometimes she'd call me out and give me like this long, elaborate question.

SPEAKER_00:

Oh, so you forgot half of it?

SPEAKER_02:

Pretty much. Or even worse, we would have technical issues and the internet would go out a little bit, and so I only heard like half the question. So I have to sit there and be like sounding all dumb. Like I didn't hear a word you just said. It's not because I'm not listening, it's because of my internet.

SPEAKER_00:

And also, I'm deaf.

SPEAKER_02:

Also, I don't understand a worker saying, Can you translate to English, please? And then she cut me off and I failed the class. Oh, yeah.

SPEAKER_00:

So that was after five minutes.

SPEAKER_02:

It was supposed to take half the day. Yeah. I lasted five minutes. I actually thought about it like pretty much five minutes in and was like, I don't want to do this anymore.

SPEAKER_00:

How do I get out?

SPEAKER_02:

I regret my decisions, but I had to take this one so that I could take a more fun one in a couple of weeks.

SPEAKER_00:

Uh huh.

SPEAKER_02:

So yeah, that's that's what I had to do. Yeah, I mean to do the boring things first.

SPEAKER_00:

Yeah, that's good. Save the best for last.

SPEAKER_02:

Yeah. Anyway, I hope you don't have anything else.

SPEAKER_00:

Uh, not really. I think I just uh worked yeah. Well uh and uh on the weekend I didn't do much.

SPEAKER_02:

Very cool, but today is Friday. It is, it's still January, it's the 23rd.

SPEAKER_01:

Yeah.

SPEAKER_02:

Yesterday I uh had an anniversary with my life partner. We've been together for nine years.

SPEAKER_00:

Oh, cool.

SPEAKER_02:

Yeah, thank you. Thank you. But tonight we watched movies.

SPEAKER_00:

Yes, we did.

SPEAKER_02:

You know it's 2026.

SPEAKER_00:

It is still.

SPEAKER_02:

And we watch movies.

SPEAKER_00:

It is.

SPEAKER_02:

Would you what? Sandwiches?

SPEAKER_00:

No, I said it is, but uh we did would be fit better.

SPEAKER_02:

It is, and we did, and would you like to movie on?

SPEAKER_00:

Let's movie on.

SPEAKER_02:

Okay, so the first movie we watched was Fist.

SPEAKER_00:

Yeah.

SPEAKER_02:

Yes. Also, we watched Judgment Night time night. Judge night.

SPEAKER_00:

Judgment night.

SPEAKER_02:

Right. That's yeah, that's what we watch. Yeah. I'm gonna tell you about Fist.

SPEAKER_00:

Yes.

SPEAKER_02:

F-I-S-T is the title, which spells Fist.

SPEAKER_00:

Yeah, that's that's true. That is. You're a good speller.

SPEAKER_02:

Thank you. I figured it out by myself. Wow. Yeah. Uh this is a movie with Stallone.

SPEAKER_00:

Sylvester. Sylvester Stallone, not Frank.

SPEAKER_02:

I almost called him Steven.

SPEAKER_00:

Oh Steven Stallone.

SPEAKER_02:

Steven Stallone. His half brother, Steven. Sounds like a shorter version of him, a little angrier, maybe.

SPEAKER_00:

Yeah. Dana De Vito.

SPEAKER_02:

Yeah. Right.

SPEAKER_00:

Because uh Arnold got the real Danny DeVito. Yeah. So I guess Stallone has Steven. Yeah, Steven Stallone.

SPEAKER_02:

Yeah. Anyway, uh Sylvester Stallone is in this movie and he plays a guy.

SPEAKER_01:

Yeah.

SPEAKER_02:

Yup. And he starts off as a regular worker, but his employer is being unfair to towards the war. Wikes Towards the workers.

SPEAKER_00:

Okay, Mickey. No, that's Waikase. No, it's it sounds like Mickey from Rocky. Uh he you know the no.

SPEAKER_02:

I didn't actually watch the movie.

SPEAKER_00:

No, okay.

SPEAKER_02:

I heard the theme song and I kind of saw clips on a bus, but I didn't really listen.

SPEAKER_00:

No. We will don't worry.

SPEAKER_02:

We'll watch the movie at some point.

SPEAKER_00:

Next week. Yeah, no, not really next week, but Oh, you wanted to watch it next week?

SPEAKER_02:

I wanted to watch Rocky and Happy Gilmore too. Next week.

SPEAKER_00:

Okay.

SPEAKER_02:

I I I also want to watch Happy Gilmore before next week. No. No.

SPEAKER_00:

Calm down. Okay. Yeah, I d I don't know if uh if you're joking or not.

SPEAKER_02:

I don't know. That's up to you. Yeah. You decide if I'm joking or not.

SPEAKER_00:

Yeah, okay.

SPEAKER_02:

Um, anyway, workers. And so he stands up for himself and all the workers, and they want uh insurance from their employer.

SPEAKER_01:

Yeah.

SPEAKER_02:

And to be paid for overtime. Yeah, that's what they want, really.

SPEAKER_01:

Yeah.

SPEAKER_02:

And so Stallone starts up the union, pretty much.

SPEAKER_01:

Yeah.

SPEAKER_02:

And he defends a lot of workers against their employers. And then he gets caught up in some less good things. And yeah, that's what happens.

SPEAKER_01:

Yeah.

SPEAKER_02:

This movie is very talk-heavy. There's a lot of talking, but uh it's still interesting.

SPEAKER_01:

Yeah.

SPEAKER_02:

It's still good because you asked me what I thought about the movie.

SPEAKER_00:

Yeah.

SPEAKER_02:

And I'm gonna tell you now. Okay. I'm switching things up.

SPEAKER_00:

Do you want me to uh say it?

SPEAKER_02:

I you can say it after I've already said it.

SPEAKER_00:

Okay.

SPEAKER_02:

Um, but I did like the movie. Oh, good. Although it was a lot of talking.

SPEAKER_00:

Yes.

SPEAKER_02:

It wasn't an action movie.

SPEAKER_00:

No.

SPEAKER_02:

That's all. What did you think about the movie?

SPEAKER_00:

Um, what did you think about the movie? No. What did you think about the movie? Okay, what did you think about the movie?

SPEAKER_02:

What did you think about the movie? Yes. I just want to know.

SPEAKER_00:

I think it's a decent movie. It's very long. I feel like they could have cut like half an hour or so. So yeah. Uh it's very long, but it has a good uh plot. It's loosely based on a real story, I think, about Jimmy Hoffa. And I also like that uh there are some uh people you've seen before, you know, actors. Like uh Brian Denny, who who is in First Blood, he was there for a few minutes, and uh other people too that worked with uh Stallone after this movie. So it's kind of fun. Did you want to say something?

SPEAKER_02:

I didn't, because you said that it was a really long movie, yeah, and I agree, but the ending was so uh sudden, yeah, it just like bam, and then the end, like, oh, okay, that's it.

SPEAKER_01:

Yeah.

SPEAKER_02:

Huh?

SPEAKER_00:

Why?

SPEAKER_02:

Yeah, why? Like it it was so long, you would think that they would have had a more uh they would have eased into the ending at least instead of just like chopping it off.

SPEAKER_00:

Yeah, a better conclusion. Yeah, I d I don't know.

SPEAKER_02:

You agree.

SPEAKER_00:

I do agree.

SPEAKER_02:

Alright.

SPEAKER_00:

But I I don't know.

SPEAKER_02:

I can't answer why they did what No, I was just saying that that's what happened.

SPEAKER_00:

Yeah, yeah.

SPEAKER_02:

Um, is there anything else?

SPEAKER_00:

This movie is directed by uh Norman Jewison who directed Fiddler on the Roof.

SPEAKER_02:

Yes, I I thought of that. And when you said it now.

SPEAKER_00:

Yeah, and Jesus Christ Superstar.

SPEAKER_02:

Yeah.

SPEAKER_00:

So we're familiar with this director.

SPEAKER_02:

With the long movies. Yeah. Oh my goodness. So at least it wasn't as weird as Jesus Christ Superstar.

SPEAKER_00:

No, and it wasn't as boring as uh Fiddler on the Roof. No. And that's also a weird one.

SPEAKER_02:

Yeah. I mean, it could have I mean, with all like the words, all the dialogue in the movie, it could have easily been like really boring.

SPEAKER_00:

Yeah.

SPEAKER_02:

But for some reason I didn't find it that way.

SPEAKER_00:

No, they they made it kind of interesting.

SPEAKER_02:

Yeah. Something about it.

SPEAKER_00:

So I I have to say that this is uh my favorite Norman Jewish and movie so far.

SPEAKER_02:

So far.

SPEAKER_00:

Yeah. I don't know if we're gonna watch more, but uh I'm sure we'll find out. Yeah. Uh yeah. Next that's all for this one.

SPEAKER_02:

Okay.

SPEAKER_00:

Then next we watched Judgment Night.

SPEAKER_02:

Yeah.

SPEAKER_00:

Yeah. And this is a movie with uh Charlie no, not Charlie Sheen.

SPEAKER_02:

Charles.

SPEAKER_00:

No, Charlie Sheen. No.

SPEAKER_02:

Charles Manson.

SPEAKER_00:

Emilio Estevis. Close enough. And Cuba Gooding Jr.

SPEAKER_02:

Oh, Kooba. Kuba. I think I think you're supposed to round out that you and say Cuba. I don't know.

SPEAKER_00:

Cuball.

SPEAKER_02:

I I I heard it pronounced Koba once, and so I just say Koba.

SPEAKER_00:

Yeah, okay. Yeah, Cuba Gooding Jr. and uh uh Steven Dorf, Jeremy Piven, uh Dennis Leary. Okay, uh enough of the cast now.

SPEAKER_02:

Which is kind of funny because that one guy, what's his name? The Piven?

SPEAKER_00:

Jeremy Jeremy Piven.

SPEAKER_02:

Piven. I found out he played Ellen's boyfriend on Ellen's Ellen DeGeneres' show, her sitcom, yeah, before she came out.

SPEAKER_00:

Yeah.

SPEAKER_02:

So uh that's how I knew him.

SPEAKER_00:

Yeah. And I knew him from Rush Hour too.

SPEAKER_02:

Uh I've also seen that one.

SPEAKER_00:

Yeah, where he's maybe in for one minute, but he's funny. He's the gay guy who kind of makes a move at them. Anyhow, this movie, Judgment Night, is about four friends who are supposed to go to a boxing match, but there are some heavy traffic, and they decide to take another way, and it leads them to a bad neighborhood. There they kind of stumble upon a wounded guy who turns out he's hunted by these criminals. Then these criminals kill that guy, and now they're after the four friends, and they have to escape. Uh yeah, I don't know.

SPEAKER_02:

Uh some bad guys.

SPEAKER_00:

Yeah. Then they have to fight back at the end.

SPEAKER_02:

Yeah.

SPEAKER_00:

That's about it. What did you think about this movie?

SPEAKER_02:

This movie was very action-filled. It was it was good. I enjoyed this movie as well. Although that same guy, I'm gonna talk about the same guy, uh, from Rush Hour 2.

SPEAKER_00:

Jeremy Pippen.

SPEAKER_02:

Right. I didn't find him that funny in this movie.

unknown:

No.

SPEAKER_02:

I found him kind of annoying, honestly. I don't know about you, but first of all, he's drinking and driving. He uh finds a stressful situation and decides to go straight to the bottle of vodka, and then uh he gets all angry.

SPEAKER_00:

Yeah.

SPEAKER_02:

Like irrationally.

SPEAKER_00:

Yeah, and he he's the reason why they ended up there.

SPEAKER_02:

Yeah.

SPEAKER_00:

And he's all kind of, you know, uh making it more difficult for them.

SPEAKER_02:

Yeah. And then and then when they were supposed to be all brave and going, you know, on the heights on the roof and everything, and like the first obstacle, he's like, No, I'm too scared. Yeah. And uh, well, he he got through it, and then there's another obstacle obstacle, and still he's like, No, I'm too scared. Yeah. Like, okay, I I saw this part, just skip over it and go to the next.

SPEAKER_00:

Yeah.

SPEAKER_02:

Uh but yeah, um, I didn't really care for his character.

SPEAKER_00:

No, no. Uh I think he he's a bit annoying in this one.

SPEAKER_02:

Uh what what did you think of the movie?

SPEAKER_00:

Uh I really like this movie. Uh I think it's probably one of my favorite of uh Emilio Esther's movies. You can. And uh I I really don't know because the story is so basic. It's nothing that special when you listen to what the movie is about. But somehow I think it's really like suspenseful and almost like claustrophobic in some scenes. The suspense, I can really feel it, and I think the actors are really good, and yeah, I really felt this movie and I've seen it many times.

SPEAKER_02:

Okay.

SPEAKER_00:

I really like this one.

SPEAKER_02:

Good. Do you have anything else to say about it?

SPEAKER_00:

No, I I don't think so. Alright. I like it.

SPEAKER_02:

Good. I also enjoyed it. Good. Would you happen to want to take a break?

SPEAKER_00:

We can take a break.

SPEAKER_02:

Alright. We will be right back.

SPEAKER_00:

Yes.

SPEAKER_02:

Hello.

SPEAKER_00:

Hello. We're back. We are back.

SPEAKER_02:

Cool. Alright, Matias. Yes. It's time for the second half.

SPEAKER_00:

Yay!

SPEAKER_02:

In which we are going to learn how to play a game.

SPEAKER_01:

Cool.

SPEAKER_02:

Yeah. While we were in the States recently, I don't know if you heard, but we did go to the States.

SPEAKER_00:

We went on the crazy trip. That's what the last week's uh episode was about.

SPEAKER_02:

Yes. That's what we talked about last week. Yeah. And we bought a game for you, mainly. It is called Cinephile.

SPEAKER_00:

Yay, that's me.

SPEAKER_02:

Random game we found in a store. And uh there's five different ways to play the five or six different ways to play this game. Okay. It's uh a couple decks of cards. I believe there's actors on them. And we are going to play the first version of this game. Alright, and I'm gonna read the instructions to you.

SPEAKER_00:

Yeah, are you out of breath? Yes.

SPEAKER_02:

I am.

SPEAKER_00:

Okay. No, yeah, uh it was just an observation.

SPEAKER_02:

Sick child. Okay, so game one is called filmography.

SPEAKER_01:

Okay.

SPEAKER_02:

Fun fact this is what I wanted to study while I was in high school. Really? Yes. But life happened and that didn't happen. That that didn't happen. Life happened, but not that. This wasn't part of it.

SPEAKER_00:

No.

SPEAKER_02:

Uh anyway, this level is Movie Geek, which is easy.

SPEAKER_00:

Okay.

SPEAKER_02:

The object of the game is to name more. Films by one actor than your opponents. Actors with longer filmographies, like Sam Jackson, will mean longer rounds, while actors with fewer screen appearance appearances, appearances, like David Bowie, will naturally be shorter rounds.

SPEAKER_01:

Yeah.

SPEAKER_02:

Okay. Pretty simple. Okay. One player draws a card from the deck and reads the name of the actor and the film. Taking turns, each subsequent player must name another film in which that actor appeared.

SPEAKER_01:

Okay.

SPEAKER_02:

When a player can't name another film or repeats a film that has already been named, the next player will have a chance to knock that player out of the game. If the second player names an eligible film, then these films must have already been released.

SPEAKER_01:

Okay.

SPEAKER_02:

Uh cameos count, but animated films and voiceover appearances.

SPEAKER_01:

I don't know.

SPEAKER_02:

Appearances.

SPEAKER_01:

A period.

SPEAKER_02:

Appeared. Appearances. Appearances. Appearances do not. Okay. Animations and voiceovers do not count.

SPEAKER_00:

No. Yeah. Okay.

SPEAKER_02:

If important rule here, okay. If you would like to create your own definition of eligible films, just be sure to agree on your definition before gameplay begins.

SPEAKER_01:

Okay.

SPEAKER_02:

Continue taking turns until two players remain, but we are only two people, so that's that's pretty simple. When one of the remaining two players, which is us, can't name another film, the other player must name a film to win the round. If they can, they win and keep the card. If they can't, neither player gets the card and the round is over.

SPEAKER_00:

Okay.

SPEAKER_02:

Okay?

SPEAKER_00:

Mm-hmm.

SPEAKER_02:

So you got this.

SPEAKER_00:

I think so.

SPEAKER_02:

Yeah. And then the next player, I'm assuming the player who did not previously draw that card. The next player gets to draw a card from the deck to begin a new round. And the player with the most cards, after as many rounds as you can stand, is the winner.

SPEAKER_00:

Yeah. I'm I'm getting nervous because uh What? What? What? Because we're gonna play against each other now. And uh I feel like I have a lot of pressure now.

SPEAKER_02:

Why? Because you're better than me?

SPEAKER_00:

Because I'm the Cinephile.

SPEAKER_02:

Yeah, because you're better than me.

SPEAKER_00:

Of us two. If it was a music uh thing, I you would have more pressure, you know.

SPEAKER_02:

Probably.

SPEAKER_00:

Okay.

SPEAKER_02:

We're gonna play 10 rounds. Is that good?

SPEAKER_00:

Yeah.

SPEAKER_02:

Okay. It doesn't specify who starts.

SPEAKER_00:

No.

SPEAKER_02:

So uh I'm gonna start. Ladies first. Is that okay? Ladies first. Thank you. Are you also nervous? I'm nervous, mostly because I don't think that I will come up with anything.

SPEAKER_00:

Okay.

SPEAKER_02:

So I'm nervous that you are going to get all ten cards.

SPEAKER_00:

Oh.

SPEAKER_02:

Are you ready?

SPEAKER_00:

Yeah.

SPEAKER_02:

Okay. Bill Paxton.

SPEAKER_00:

Okay.

SPEAKER_02:

Near Dark.

SPEAKER_00:

True Lice.

SPEAKER_02:

Never heard of the guy. Can you think of a different one? Another one?

SPEAKER_00:

Another movie? Uh yeah, I was thinking about this. Um right now I can't even name it. But I can say Aliens.

SPEAKER_02:

Is he in that one?

SPEAKER_00:

Titanic, yeah.

SPEAKER_02:

He's in Titanic?

SPEAKER_00:

Yeah.

SPEAKER_02:

Okay.

SPEAKER_00:

He's one of the You only needed to name one. Okay. He's one of the film crew at the beginning.

SPEAKER_02:

Oh. Oh, okay. Okay.

SPEAKER_00:

Yeah.

SPEAKER_02:

Then you get to pull the next one. Yeah. Just flip it.

SPEAKER_00:

Rachel Weiss. And then it says The Fountain, right?

SPEAKER_02:

I don't know her either.

SPEAKER_00:

Oh, okay.

SPEAKER_02:

SPEAKER_02:

He didn't play Forest Gump. Or he didn't no, he definitely didn't play Forest Gump.

SPEAKER_00:

No.

SPEAKER_02:

SPEAKER_02:

But you can move the card.

SPEAKER_00:

SPEAKER_00:

Yeah. I'm sure. I don't know if I can name anymore with him.

SPEAKER_02:

I know he has cameos. Maybe other smaller roles.

SPEAKER_00:

Yeah. I feel like he could have like a cameo in a movie with Adam Sandler or something. But I'm I'm not sure.

SPEAKER_02:

I really don't know. I should know.

SPEAKER_00:

Yeah. But no, I'm I'm sorry. I can't I can't I can't either. I can't come up with anything. But I think you get that one, right?

SPEAKER_02:

Well, no, because neither of us could do another one.

SPEAKER_00:

Okay.

SPEAKER_02:

Okay. My turn. Steve Carell, Anchor Man, The Legend of Ron Burgundy.

SPEAKER_00:

Yay.

SPEAKER_02:

Alright.

SPEAKER_00:

SPEAKER_02:

Virgin, right? Yeah. Or is it 40 or 41? 40. Did I say 41? Yeah, he did. Well, I I thought he might need a birthday.

SPEAKER_00:

Yeah, that's the sequel. Yeah.

SPEAKER_02:

41 year old virgin.

SPEAKER_00:

Yeah. Um, okay. Yeah. Uh thank you.

SPEAKER_02:

A lot of something.

SPEAKER_00:

Yeah, and I'll say Dinner for Schmucks. I I just want to help you a little bit.

SPEAKER_02:

Okay.

SPEAKER_00:

There's a sequel to Bruce Almighty.

SPEAKER_02:

The second one. The second Bruce Almighty 2.

SPEAKER_00:

No, no. Uh it's uh or more like a spin-off of uh Steve Carell's character.

SPEAKER_02:

Uh-huh.

SPEAKER_00:

So uh it's his name and then Almighty.

SPEAKER_02:

Steve Almighty.

SPEAKER_00:

Almost.

SPEAKER_02:

Uh El Elvis.

SPEAKER_00:

Oh, so close. Almost.

SPEAKER_02:

Ernest. Earl. Edward Ev Evelyn Evan. Evan. Yeah. Almighty Almighty.

SPEAKER_00:

SPEAKER_02:

Alright. Anchorman 3.

SPEAKER_00:

No, they never made it the third one.

SPEAKER_02:

Okay. I don't know. Yeah.

SPEAKER_00:

Anchorman 2, the legend continues, I think. It's close.

SPEAKER_02:

Okay.

SPEAKER_00:

Uh do I need to name another one?

SPEAKER_02:

Yeah, you get another one.

SPEAKER_00:

Yeah. There's one movie is it uh I'm not completely sure about the title, but um I think it's something like Seeking a Friend at the End of the World or something.

SPEAKER_02:

Okay. I'm trusting you.

SPEAKER_00:

Yeah, okay.

SPEAKER_02:

Go ahead.

SPEAKER_00:

Gary Oldman. Leon the Professional.

SPEAKER_02:

Forrest Gump.

SPEAKER_00:

Yeah. Gary Oldman?

SPEAKER_02:

No?

SPEAKER_00:

No.

SPEAKER_02:

Who's that?

SPEAKER_00:

Gary Gary Sinise.

SPEAKER_02:

Oh. Gary Oldman. I'm pretty sure we've seen a movie with him. I don't know what it is. I don't know. Fishing. Oh can oh, Harry Potter? Oh, he's furious black.

SPEAKER_00:

Yeah.

SPEAKER_02:

Oh, okay. Then I know another one, but I don't know its title.

SPEAKER_00:

Okay. But yeah, uh you you get that one.

SPEAKER_02:

Uh now I know who he is. Yeah. Yeah, okay. Harry Potter and the prisoner of Azcapans.

SPEAKER_00:

Yay. And I uh say uh Air Force One.

SPEAKER_02:

Gary Oldman and pretty sure he was in a movie with Bruce Willis. Or that guy. The other guy? Um Mel Gidson. Could have been Charlie Chane. Honestly, I don't know, but I know there was another movie, but it was probably Air Force One. So I'm gonna say Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix.

SPEAKER_00:

Okay. I'm I'm sure that's right.

SPEAKER_02:

I know I'm right.

SPEAKER_00:

Good. Then I'll say The Hitman's Bodyguard.

SPEAKER_02:

Is that what I was thinking of?

SPEAKER_00:

I don't know. We didn't see it.

SPEAKER_02:

Okay, no, no, no, okay. Harry Potter and the Deathly Hollows Part One.

SPEAKER_00:

Yeah, I'm just trusting you now, so I'm hoping I can trust myself too. Uh I say say si say Romeo is bleeding.

SPEAKER_02:

That's not good.

SPEAKER_00:

No.

SPEAKER_02:

Doesn't sound like a good movie.

SPEAKER_00:

No.

SPEAKER_02:

Does he ever stop bleeding?

SPEAKER_00:

No, I don't know.

SPEAKER_02:

It's just the whole movie is Romeo bleeding. Is it like the fireplace movie too? You just sit there and watch a fireplace. Yeah. And this one you just sit there and watch him bleed out. Yeah. Alright. Interesting. Harry Potter and the Deathly Hollows part two.

SPEAKER_00:

Okay. Good.

SPEAKER_02:

I hope there's not many more because that's all I got.

SPEAKER_00:

Okay. Deadfish.

SPEAKER_02:

Okay. One more.

SPEAKER_00:

One more.

SPEAKER_02:

You've got this. Whatever that Bruce Willis movie is. Or Mel Gibson.

SPEAKER_00:

Okay, I I don't really know. Or Charlie Sheen. Yeah, I don't really know which one you're referring to.

SPEAKER_02:

Is it Air Force One?

SPEAKER_00:

We haven't seen that. That's Harrison Ford. We haven't had Harrison Ford yet.

SPEAKER_02:

But we have Gary Oldman. Okay. I know there was another movie. We have seen another movie with this guy in it. Okay. I don't know the title. Bruce Willis, pretty sure.

SPEAKER_00:

You're not thinking about uh Alan Rickman.

SPEAKER_02:

No. Die Hard. I would know it's not Die Hard.

SPEAKER_00:

Okay.

SPEAKER_02:

It's a different one. Jackie Chan, then. No, he's never been in the movie with Jackie Chan.

SPEAKER_00:

I don't think so.

SPEAKER_02:

I know.

SPEAKER_00:

Um I'm gonna say criminal law.

SPEAKER_02:

Okay. Well, that's your second one, but now I have to look. Okay. So it it's technically over. Here you go, but I have to look. I have to know. I know, I know we watched another movie with him.

SPEAKER_00:

Okay.

SPEAKER_02:

Now I have to find out.

SPEAKER_00:

Now you're mech.

SPEAKER_02:

I am. He was in Oppenheimer. Oh. We both saw that.

SPEAKER_00:

Yeah.

SPEAKER_02:

Oh, David Bowie had his own movie, David Bowie, the next day. And uh Gary Oldman is in it as the priest. So really cool.

SPEAKER_01:

Okay.

SPEAKER_02:

The fifth element. Oh my god. He was in the fifth element with Bruce Willis. I was right. I should get some kind of points, but I'm not gonna. This one's for you, I think.

SPEAKER_00:

Okay.

SPEAKER_02:

Alright. I can feel better that I'm right.

SPEAKER_00:

I think I drew that one though.

SPEAKER_02:

Okay, I'm gonna take this one then. Leonardo DiCaprio, the man in the iron mask. Okay, what's You're supposed to go with the easiest first, just top of your head, and then go to the harder ones later.

SPEAKER_00:

What's eating Gilbert Grape?

SPEAKER_02:

Titanic. Got this.

SPEAKER_00:

Yeah. One battle after another. The new movie.

SPEAKER_02:

Uh Wolf on Wall Street.

SPEAKER_00:

Yeah. The Av Aviator? Aviator? Aviator.

SPEAKER_02:

Titanic too. Everything that happened after the Titanic. Where is it today? Yeah. In the ocean. With Leonardo DiGabrio. I just came up with him. I am not sure if I know any other movies. Was he in Don't Look Up? Maybe. Can I just I'll just look at Don't Look Up. I won't look him up. No, you don't look up. Okay, okay. Do you trust me? You can look at you can watch me.

SPEAKER_00:

I can look it up.

SPEAKER_02:

No, don't look up.

SPEAKER_00:

Okay.

SPEAKER_02:

With him. He's right there. Okay, thank you. I got one.

SPEAKER_00:

I never saw that movie.

SPEAKER_02:

I saw it once.

SPEAKER_00:

Okay. But uh he's in the departed.

SPEAKER_02:

Is he in a space movie? Astronaut? I'm thinking of Matt Damon, who is not Leonardo DiCaprio.

SPEAKER_00:

Yeah, that's true.

SPEAKER_02:

Then I think that's all I got.

SPEAKER_00:

Okay. The revenant.

SPEAKER_02:

Cool. Good job.

SPEAKER_00:

Thank you. Sorry.

SPEAKER_02:

It's okay. No, this was the expectation.

SPEAKER_00:

Keanu Reeves, point break.

SPEAKER_02:

Oh, this is fun. He was in The Matrix.

SPEAKER_00:

Yeah, that's true. Speed.

SPEAKER_02:

Bill and Ted. And the rest of the title.

SPEAKER_00:

Yeah. But w we uh We all know Bill and Ted. Yeah, Bill and Ted. That's enough. You don't That's enough. Yeah, you don't need the entire title title. Tuttle. Tuttle. Okay, so he's also in Street Kings.

SPEAKER_02:

Bill and Ted 2.

SPEAKER_00:

Yeah. And he is also in Scanner Darkly.

SPEAKER_02:

Mm-hmm.

SPEAKER_00:

And wait a minute.

SPEAKER_02:

What?

SPEAKER_00:

That's more of an animated movie.

SPEAKER_02:

You can't No. He can't do a voiceover.

SPEAKER_00:

No. So I'm I'm gonna go with another one.

SPEAKER_02:

Okay. Are you gonna take mine?

SPEAKER_00:

No.

SPEAKER_02:

Okay, good. Take a different one. Take your own.

SPEAKER_00:

The Watcher.

SPEAKER_02:

Okay. Bill and Ted three. Yay.

SPEAKER_00:

SPEAKER_02:

Okay, John Wick 2. Cool.

SPEAKER_00:

Yeah.

SPEAKER_02:

Um interesting key going off of you.

SPEAKER_00:

Yeah. John Wick III.

SPEAKER_02:

Alright. John Wake 4. Okay. Are there any more? They have to be released.

SPEAKER_00:

SPEAKER_02:

Okay. John Wick 5.

SPEAKER_00:

No, that's it.

SPEAKER_02:

Alright, that's it.

SPEAKER_00:

SPEAKER_02:

Matrix. I thought he was only in the first one. No, he's Matrix 2.

SPEAKER_00:

Yeah. Uh it doesn't feel like I I'm helping you that much. No. No. This is difficult because now I'm making it harder for me. Dracula. And Gary Oldman played Dracula in that one.

SPEAKER_02:

Cool. Matrix 3.

SPEAKER_00:

Yep. Brotherhood of Justice.

SPEAKER_02:

Okay. That's all I got. And well, I don't Is there another one? Matrix 4?

SPEAKER_00:

Yeah.

SPEAKER_02:

Okay.

SPEAKER_00:

They they do have different titles, but I we allow just saying.

SPEAKER_02:

You know what I mean.

SPEAKER_00:

Yeah. I know what you mean. Do you know what you mean?

SPEAKER_02:

Mm-mm. No. Never seen it.

SPEAKER_00:

No, okay.

SPEAKER_02:

So I tried watching the rest of the Matrix movies. I couldn't get into them. They didn't feel the same as the first one.

SPEAKER_00:

No, that's true.

SPEAKER_02:

Have you seen the rest of them?

SPEAKER_00:

No, I'm not a big fan of the Matrix movies.

SPEAKER_02:

Oh.

SPEAKER_00:

But uh I'm I'm not against watching them, but it's just not my cup of tea.

SPEAKER_02:

Oh.

SPEAKER_00:

Is that a problem?

SPEAKER_02:

I'm not sure.

SPEAKER_00:

Okay.

SPEAKER_02:

We might have to talk about it when the time comes.

SPEAKER_00:

Yeah.

SPEAKER_02:

But I think we'll leave it be for now.

SPEAKER_00:

Yeah. Okay, I'm gonna go with uh the reverse edge.

SPEAKER_02:

Okay. The Matrix 5.

SPEAKER_00:

No, that's not five.

SPEAKER_02:

Keanu Reeves the documentary.

SPEAKER_01:

Yeah, okay.

SPEAKER_02:

I don't know if he has a documentary, but he probably should.

SPEAKER_01:

Yeah.

SPEAKER_02:

Uh that one time Keanu was at the do I say Keanu? I say Keanu, like he's a piano. Keanu. I think he was at the Oscars. Oh. That's a TV show.

SPEAKER_00:

Yeah.

SPEAKER_02:

Can that count?

SPEAKER_00:

Every time he makes an appearance on TV.

SPEAKER_02:

Yes. That probably doesn't count.

SPEAKER_00:

No.

SPEAKER_02:

No. Okay, then. That's all I've got. What do you have?

SPEAKER_00:

Okay, I need another one to get this card, right?

SPEAKER_02:

Yeah. One more.

SPEAKER_00:

One more. Uh I don't know why I found this so difficult, because I shouldn't. I shouldn't know Keanu Reeves. Why don't I?

SPEAKER_02:

I don't know.

SPEAKER_00:

I don't know either. That makes me sad.

SPEAKER_02:

Makes me sad too. Disappointed even.

SPEAKER_00:

Yeah, I get it.

SPEAKER_02:

I trusted you.

SPEAKER_00:

The thing is, when you look him up, you you're like, oh yeah, of course that's Yeah. Okay, I'm gonna say chain reaction.

SPEAKER_02:

I'm gonna trust you. Yeah. You can have this. Do you want to do more or do you want to do that?

SPEAKER_00:

I I wouldn't mind doing more.

SPEAKER_02:

Okay. We'll do five more. Yeah. Is that okay? Yeah. Look at that. I drew five cards.

SPEAKER_00:

Cool.

SPEAKER_02:

Is it your turn?

SPEAKER_00:

I think I drew that one.

SPEAKER_02:

Okay. Next I have cool. Harvey Cadle.

SPEAKER_00:

Kaitel.

SPEAKER_02:

Kaitel. Bad lieutenant. He doesn't look very nice. He looks angry.

SPEAKER_00:

Yeah.

SPEAKER_02:

He's probably a bad guy in his movies.

SPEAKER_00:

Bad lieutenant.

SPEAKER_02:

Probably a bad lieutenant, even.

SPEAKER_00:

In all his movies.

SPEAKER_02:

So I'm gonna think of all the war movies.

SPEAKER_00:

Yeah. Okay. Oh yeah, I I start. Reservoir dogs.

SPEAKER_02:

Okay. Reservoir Dog Two.

SPEAKER_00:

SPEAKER_00:

No.

SPEAKER_02:

Um Forest Gump.

SPEAKER_00:

No.

SPEAKER_02:

SPEAKER_00:

Yeah.

SPEAKER_02:

I don't know. I've never heard of this. Guy.

SPEAKER_00:

This is one I don't I'm not that familiar with either. I I think I just know the one Reservoir Dogs.

SPEAKER_02:

SPEAKER_00:

I did know the Bad Lieutenant too. Okay. I would never have thought about it.

SPEAKER_02:

No. Look at this guy's face. Where have you seen it? Have you seen this man? It's a rough drawing outfit.

SPEAKER_00:

Yeah. It's not really that great, actually. I I don't know. I I feel like uh yeah, if I didn't see his name, I would never guess it's him. Okay.

SPEAKER_02:

But um Are we both losing this or do you definitely have something?

SPEAKER_00:

It's the thing. I I would probably come up with something later, but right now no. So we're both lose. Yeah.

SPEAKER_02:

Okay.

SPEAKER_00:

Jennifer Jason Lee.

SPEAKER_02:

Cool.

SPEAKER_00:

The Hudsucker Proxy.

SPEAKER_02:

SPEAKER_00:

I I'm not um I don't really know, but I think she might be in uh The Hateful Eight. Okay. Another Quentin Tarantino. But uh that's all I know, so I don't know. No. I I might even be wrong on that one.

SPEAKER_02:

You get that one anyway.

SPEAKER_00:

Oh, okay.

SPEAKER_02:

Well you had the first one and you came up with another one.

SPEAKER_00:

Okay, yeah.

SPEAKER_02:

I'm gonna pull a card. Carrie Washington, Django Unchained. Is she Denzel Washington's daughter?

SPEAKER_00:

I don't know. Maybe she no. I don't know if maybe.

SPEAKER_02:

Okay.

SPEAKER_00:

I'm not completely sure about her. I'm sorry. But I feel like she wouldn't be in a Jordan Peel movie, so I'm gonna go with us. But I'm not sure. Can I look us up?

SPEAKER_02:

Uh uh okay, but that's not relevant.

SPEAKER_00:

No, I was wrong.

SPEAKER_02:

Okay.

SPEAKER_00:

Okay. Then uh no, I don't know. Sorry. Sorry, Kerry Washington. Jangun chained.

SPEAKER_02:

I don't think we get this.

SPEAKER_00:

SPEAKER_00:

That's what what what I was thinking about when you talked about legends.

SPEAKER_02:

SPEAKER_00:

Oh, I forgot to say um master with cracked fingers. Or crack fingers.

SPEAKER_02:

SPEAKER_02:

SPEAKER_00:

Yeah, that's true. Heart of Dragon. Gorgeous. Oh, thank you. You're welcome. Oh, where am I? Yeah, 85. Uh my god. The protector.

SPEAKER_02:

The foreigner.

SPEAKER_00:

Mm-hmm. Okay, so um Dragons Forever.

SPEAKER_02:

You did Heart of Dragons. Yeah, I did. Okay, I didn't say that. I just asked if you said it. Yeah. I think I think that doesn't count.

SPEAKER_01:

No.

SPEAKER_02:

Okay. We were supposed to uh develop extra rules before we started.

SPEAKER_01:

Yeah.

SPEAKER_02:

Okay. I have to remember what that movie is that I'm thinking of. There's actually a couple. Did you say twin dragons?

SPEAKER_00:

No.

SPEAKER_02:

Okay, twin dragons.

SPEAKER_00:

Yeah. Miracles.

SPEAKER_02:

Hmm. I'm thinking of one of the new movies that we saw together.

SPEAKER_00:

Mm-hmm. With uh with an animal, like a black and white animal, fluffy.

SPEAKER_02:

Oh, Panda. Panda Project.

SPEAKER_00:

Almost Panda Problems. Yahutum.

SPEAKER_02:

Panda Plan.

SPEAKER_00:

Yeah.

SPEAKER_02:

Project. No, that's not what I'm thinking of though.

SPEAKER_00:

But could that could be your answer if you that that is my answer for now. Yeah. Island of Fire.

SPEAKER_02:

Mmm. Oh, what's the the first one? Is it 1894 or something?

SPEAKER_00:

Oh n no, but uh it's uh Am I close? No. Well, yeah, kind of, but uh let's say it's um a hundred uh one years before your s uh oldest was born.

SPEAKER_02:

1901. No.

SPEAKER_00:

Ten years after that.

SPEAKER_02:

1911.

SPEAKER_00:

Yes.

SPEAKER_02:

Okay.

SPEAKER_00:

Revolution. Right. Yeah.

SPEAKER_02:

Yeah.

SPEAKER_00:

That's right. You you did say uh uh Drunken Master 2, right?

SPEAKER_02:

I think so.

SPEAKER_00:

Yeah, I think so too. Thunderbolt.

SPEAKER_02:

Oh, here's another one that I can't remember. Oh my god. Um isn't there something with bodyguards?

SPEAKER_00:

Yeah, I said magnificent bodyguards.

SPEAKER_02:

Yeah, okay. No, I'm thinking of uh what did you say? Magnificent? Yeah. Okay.

SPEAKER_00:

Bodyguard.

SPEAKER_02:

There's not another one?

SPEAKER_00:

No. Okay.

SPEAKER_02:

The the ones that the one that starts with V.

SPEAKER_00:

Oh. Yeah. Almo uh like a big car.

SPEAKER_02:

Van bodyguards.

SPEAKER_00:

Without body.

SPEAKER_02:

Vanguard. Yeah. Yeah.

SPEAKER_00:

Vanguard. Good. Okay. Now uh I'm now I'm gonna say one I think you were thinking about.

SPEAKER_02:

Okay.

SPEAKER_00:

Maybe, I don't know. Mr. Nice Guy?

SPEAKER_02:

No.

SPEAKER_00:

No, okay.

SPEAKER_02:

Oh wait, there's the the medallion. Yeah. Okay. Good. That's not what I was thinking of either.

SPEAKER_00:

Okay.

SPEAKER_02:

Which is really annoying.

SPEAKER_00:

The accidental spy.

SPEAKER_02:

Yeah. Oh, tuxedo.

SPEAKER_00:

Yeah.

SPEAKER_02:

That's not what I was thinking of either.

SPEAKER_00:

That was the next on my list. Okay. Okay, so now I have to jump until uh the myth.

SPEAKER_02:

Yeah. Okay. I have two actors in mind, and you can just tell me if we've named it or not. Okay. The first one is uh that guy that um did like tricks and stuff. No, not really. Uh Jackass.

SPEAKER_00:

Oh, uh John and Knoxville? Yeah.

SPEAKER_02:

Have we done that one?

SPEAKER_00:

We haven't done that one.

SPEAKER_02:

Okay. The other one is John Zena.

SPEAKER_00:

We haven't done that one.

SPEAKER_02:

Okay. I just have to try to remember the titles.

SPEAKER_00:

Yeah.

SPEAKER_02:

Let me know if I believe that one was supposed to was that supposed to be Snafu?

SPEAKER_00:

It was supposed to be Snafu.

SPEAKER_02:

And then they changed the title to something less exciting. Yeah. I guess. Uh the desert movie.

SPEAKER_00:

Yeah.

SPEAKER_02:

Which is also what it should have been called.

SPEAKER_00:

You know what? I'm struggling to remember the title for that one.

SPEAKER_02:

Okay. Okay, good.

SPEAKER_00:

Oh my god.

SPEAKER_02:

But you know the first one.

SPEAKER_00:

I know the first one.

SPEAKER_02:

And we haven't named it yet.

SPEAKER_00:

No. And it's almost like we jumped over it.

SPEAKER_02:

Like we We're jumping. Or we hop, uh skip run it. Skip traced. Skip traced. Skip traced. That's it. Yeah. I got it. See?

SPEAKER_00:

Yeah.

SPEAKER_02:

I'm good.

SPEAKER_00:

Uh Rob B. Hood.

SPEAKER_02:

Whatever that movie is called. Um.

SPEAKER_00:

Can I name another uh actor and see if you maybe remember a title?

SPEAKER_02:

Sure.

SPEAKER_00:

Jet Lee.

SPEAKER_02:

He was in the other movie, though. As well.

SPEAKER_00:

Yeah.

SPEAKER_02:

But we might have already named it.

SPEAKER_00:

Did you?

SPEAKER_02:

I don't think so.

SPEAKER_00:

Oh, okay. Because I haven't gotten it. Okay, because it's I know another one. Uh you should know.

SPEAKER_02:

With Jet Lee?

SPEAKER_00:

No, but another movie with Jack.

SPEAKER_02:

That I should know.

SPEAKER_00:

Yeah, you've seen it a lot. I think you've seen it with your kids. It's it's kind of a b babysitter.

SPEAKER_02:

The spy next door. Yeah, yeah, yeah. Okay. You know, you said another movie and I thought of that one, so I assumed that that was it. Oh, okay. So I I was wrong.

SPEAKER_00:

Oh, I'm sorry. But uh I'm gonna go with Yeah.

SPEAKER_02:

Is that a movie?

SPEAKER_00:

No. Uh no, uh I see the movie and it's called the Shenyuku Incident.

SPEAKER_02:

Okay.

SPEAKER_00:

Well Because I jumped over the one with Jet Li, just in case you remember.

SPEAKER_02:

It's some kind of magical hidden forbidden kid kingdom.

SPEAKER_00:

Forbidden kingdom.

SPEAKER_02:

Yeah, that's it. Magical hidden forbidden kingdom.

SPEAKER_00:

Yeah. Oh, now I remember uh the other one.

SPEAKER_02:

Okay.

SPEAKER_00:

Uh you can say it. Well, you uh remove magical and forbidden kingdom. What did you say? Magical.

SPEAKER_02:

Hidden. Yeah, but it's your turn.

SPEAKER_00:

Okay. Oh, it's no, I said Shin Yuku incident, right?

SPEAKER_02:

Yeah, and then I said Forbidden Kingdom.

SPEAKER_00:

Okay, okay, okay. Then I'll say um Dragon Blade.

SPEAKER_02:

Hidden Kingdoms.

SPEAKER_00:

No, but hidden what what did they do in the Stallone movie? They went on Strike.

SPEAKER_02:

Hidden Strike. Yeah, yeah, yeah. Okay.

SPEAKER_00:

I'm sorry. Uh Railroad Tigers.

SPEAKER_02:

I know that uh while we were on our trip, we watched Finding Jackie. Yeah, he was in that movie.

SPEAKER_00:

I skipped that one. Oh my god, I forgot that. That's great.

SPEAKER_02:

I I He had a little cameo in that movie.

SPEAKER_00:

Yeah, I forgot about that. Makes me proud that you remember that. Okay, oh um, and then he did uh Kung Fu Jo Yoga.

SPEAKER_02:

Joga. Was there a sequel to that one?

SPEAKER_00:

Yeah, well, yes, it was uh a legend that you already said.

SPEAKER_02:

Yeah, I said that.

SPEAKER_00:

But do you remember something else about our trip? We uh went to Legoland.

SPEAKER_02:

Yeah. Did you know that was a voiceover?

SPEAKER_00:

Did you know that he's also that? Right? Yeah, catching cops and everything.

SPEAKER_02:

Ninjago. He's in the beginning there or something.

SPEAKER_00:

Yeah.

SPEAKER_02:

Yeah. Then that one.

SPEAKER_00:

Yeah. Lego Ninjago movie.

SPEAKER_02:

Yeah. That's mine. I'm I'm saying that one.

SPEAKER_00:

Yeah, yes. And I'm gonna go with uh Where did I leave off? Oh. Uh there. And then I'm gonna go with Bleeding Steel.

SPEAKER_02:

Let's see. I have a movie in mind, but I have to grab the title somewhere.

SPEAKER_00:

Okay.

SPEAKER_02:

We've seen the movie and I'm struggling with the title. Again. Another one.

SPEAKER_00:

Yeah.

SPEAKER_02:

Uh the Bruce Lee movie.

SPEAKER_00:

Oh yeah.

SPEAKER_02:

Yep.

SPEAKER_00:

Another word for walking in, like walking into a room.

SPEAKER_02:

Also Enter the Dragon.

SPEAKER_00:

Yeah.

SPEAKER_02:

Yeah.

SPEAKER_00:

Good. The Knight of Shadows. We're we're coming to the end of my list now. I might have s uh, you know, skipped a few movies. I don't know.

SPEAKER_02:

I'm not very upset.

SPEAKER_00:

Yeah.

SPEAKER_02:

Did you do the islands one?

SPEAKER_00:

Island of Fire, yeah. Yeah. Yeah.

SPEAKER_02:

Okay. The Jackie Chan documentary. He was in that one.

SPEAKER_00:

Yeah. Jackie Chan My Story.

SPEAKER_02:

Yeah. That's that's what I'm going with.

SPEAKER_00:

Yeah. Okay. That's a good pick.

SPEAKER_02:

Thank you.

SPEAKER_00:

The Shadow's Edge. We haven't seen that yet. It's a new one.

SPEAKER_02:

Is it released?

SPEAKER_00:

It's released.

SPEAKER_02:

Okay. Uh Jackie Chan Adventures. He's in the theme song part.

SPEAKER_00:

Yeah, that's true.

SPEAKER_02:

Cool. Not animated.

SPEAKER_00:

Okay, so now I'm gonna go to the bad guy movies.

SPEAKER_02:

Okay.

SPEAKER_00:

Killer Meteors.

SPEAKER_02:

Hmm. Let's see. Cause he's done cameos before. Yeah. Right?

SPEAKER_00:

Yeah.

SPEAKER_02:

In like movies or something, maybe TV shows. But I'm gonna do the Jackie Chan documentary about the stunts.

SPEAKER_00:

Jackie Chan My Stunts.

SPEAKER_02:

Yeah.

SPEAKER_00:

Yeah. And then I'm gonna go with the other bad guy movie, which has like ten different titles, but I'm gonna go with Rumble in Hong Kong.

SPEAKER_02:

Okay.

SPEAKER_00:

It's a stupid title, but it's one of the titles.

SPEAKER_02:

Okay. I think that's all I know.

SPEAKER_00:

Yeah. I think we went through like most uh well, yeah, most of his movies, absolutely, but I don't really know which one was.

SPEAKER_02:

But then you have to come up with one more if you want that card.

SPEAKER_00:

Okay, once a cop.

SPEAKER_02:

Okay.

SPEAKER_00:

It's a cameo in the movie with uh Michelle Yo.

SPEAKER_02:

Alright, you win Jackie.

SPEAKER_00:

Yay!

SPEAKER_02:

I'm gonna take this last card and hope that it goes quick. Michael B. Jordan from Creed.

SPEAKER_00:

Creed two.

SPEAKER_02:

Creed three.

SPEAKER_00:

That was that.

SPEAKER_02:

That was all of them.

SPEAKER_00:

He's also in Fantastic Four.

SPEAKER_02:

Fantastic Four the second.

SPEAKER_00:

No.

SPEAKER_02:

He's in Space Jam. No, that's just Michael Jordan.

SPEAKER_00:

Yeah, sorry. That's the same guy.

SPEAKER_02:

I've heard of this guy recently.

SPEAKER_00:

Yeah.

SPEAKER_02:

What was he in? I don't know. I don't I really I don't know this guy.

SPEAKER_00:

No, okay. No, I don't know him that well. I I just know him from the Creed movies.

SPEAKER_02:

Alright. Do you know one more?

SPEAKER_00:

Uh Black Panther.

SPEAKER_02:

Okay, here you go. Thank you. You win.

SPEAKER_00:

Thank you.

SPEAKER_02:

You got 13? No, not that many. Eleven.

SPEAKER_00:

Eleven, okay.

SPEAKER_02:

And I got nothing. And the the dead pile is four. I've got four in the dead pile. Good job.

SPEAKER_00:

Thank you.

SPEAKER_02:

Very proud of you.

SPEAKER_00:

Yeah, and I'm I'm so happy that we went through all of Jackie Chan's movies.

SPEAKER_02:

Oh my gosh. I'm it's so typical that you would draw Jackie Chan and we would spend 15 minutes naming all of his movies. Or the majority at least.

SPEAKER_00:

Yeah, I'm sorry about that.

SPEAKER_02:

Matias, I think I'm done.

SPEAKER_00:

Okay.

SPEAKER_02:

Are you done?

SPEAKER_00:

Yeah.

SPEAKER_02:

Yes, I'll take those. As we wrap this up, would you like to tell me what is ruining your life? Hmm?

SPEAKER_00:

I don't know.

SPEAKER_02:

Your life is so perfect.

SPEAKER_00:

It is.

SPEAKER_02:

Do you the slightest thing to complain about? You have to have something to complain about.

SPEAKER_00:

Okay, I stubbed my toe the other day and it kind of hurts my nail.

SPEAKER_02:

Oh no. Did it break the nail or is it like still intact?

SPEAKER_00:

It's still intact, but it really like I didn't really stub it. I you know, when I biked, my nail just right on the pedal thing.

SPEAKER_02:

Oh.

SPEAKER_00:

And I don't like that. No, it hurt like crazy.

SPEAKER_02:

Yeah.

SPEAKER_00:

So yeah. And it still kind of hurts.

SPEAKER_02:

I also have to complain about uh body pain.

SPEAKER_00:

Okay.

SPEAKER_02:

Okay. So the most annoying thing. It's the smallest thing, but it's like really annoying. That's usually how the small things are.

SPEAKER_01:

Yeah.

SPEAKER_02:

You know those little blisters you get in your mouth? Yeah. Like, yeah, inside your mouth. I have one on my gums, like right at the base of my teeth, pretty much. Like right in the like where the two parts meet, like my gums, and like, you know, it goes like yes in there. And I have a tiny little blister right there. And it's been there for I feel like it's been there for a while now. And it makes eating hurt.

SPEAKER_01:

Oh.

SPEAKER_02:

And I think it's kind of going away, but it's so slow. All of the mouth sores and stuff, they take so long to heal.

SPEAKER_00:

Yeah.

SPEAKER_02:

And that's what's ruining my life. Is this tiny little blister?

SPEAKER_00:

Yeah. I think people are glad that they're not us right now.

SPEAKER_02:

Right. We have big problems.

SPEAKER_00:

Yeah.

SPEAKER_02:

Also, life in general, I think.

SPEAKER_00:

Yeah.

SPEAKER_02:

Yeah. Oh.

SPEAKER_00:

Yeah, let's go with that.

SPEAKER_02:

Well, yeah, I'm gonna I'm gonna go with life in general is ruining my life. I am I'm gonna settle with being alive and dealing with things is ruining my life.

SPEAKER_01:

Yeah, that's a good answer.

SPEAKER_02:

If we could get rid of all of the above, I think things would be fine. Um, okay. Well, I got yelled at last week because we had gotten fan mail and I forgot to read it. Oh so I'm going to read, and I hope that you know what I'm talking about when I read the fan mail.

SPEAKER_01:

Okay.

SPEAKER_02:

Um so I got fan mail from Heather again.

SPEAKER_01:

Yeah.

SPEAKER_02:

She sent this on January 13th. So it was after we had movie night with her.

SPEAKER_00:

Okay.

SPEAKER_02:

She said, I really like the heels the Nighthawks were wearing.

SPEAKER_00:

Yeah, okay.

SPEAKER_02:

We watched Nighthawks.

SPEAKER_00:

Yeah.

SPEAKER_02:

That's all she had to say about that.

SPEAKER_00:

She liked the heels.

SPEAKER_02:

She liked their high heels, their shoes.

SPEAKER_00:

Yeah.

SPEAKER_02:

Um, she also Yeah, she just yelled at me that I forgot to do fan letters again last week. Yeah. Because I think I forgot to read her message two weeks in a row. That's all I got.

SPEAKER_00:

Yeah. I'm surprised she didn't mention anything that we had uh dessert without her and no, I um I'm sure she forgot about it.

SPEAKER_02:

We don't have to remind her. Uh anything else? No. Are you all out of sips?

SPEAKER_00:

I'm all out of sips.

SPEAKER_02:

So am I.

SPEAKER_00:

Okay. Then we're all out of episode.

SPEAKER_02:

Would you like to wrap this up?

SPEAKER_00:

Let's wrap this up.

SPEAKER_02:

Alright. Well, thank you for listening to this episode. We had fun. Yeah. And there are other versions of the game, so maybe we'll spread it out throughout the year or something. There was another thing we were gonna do, right? We were oh, we were gonna go through all of the the moving big movie quiz.

SPEAKER_00:

Oh yeah.

SPEAKER_02:

All of the cards. We were gonna do that live. Yeah, we should do that at some point. We'll figure it out.

SPEAKER_01:

Yeah.

SPEAKER_02:

Uh we will be back next Tuesday with a brand new episode. No idea what we're gonna talk about, but it should be fun.

SPEAKER_00:

Yeah.

SPEAKER_02:
